About Lynn Davidson
We live locally to the holiday property and acquired it to offer others the type of holiday accommodation we feel was missing from our fantastic local area, and Broughty Ferry in particular.
Lynn Davidson purchased this Villa in 2013
Why Lynn Davidson chose Broughty Ferry
Broughty Ferry is a wonderful holiday location, and the nearby city of Dundee and county of Angus are under-rated but fast gaining reputation and recognition. Whatever your interests are, they are sure to be catered for close by, activities, food, sports, family attractions, or art. Away from busy roads, but conveniently situated to have choices galore for things to do, eating out and shopping.

Just spent 4 weeks in this lovely villa which has everything you can possibly need. This is the third house we have rented in broughty ferry and it is the best by far. The owner Lynn meets you on arrival and keeps in touch making sure everything is ok for you. We will definitely be back next year. I would recommend this to anyone.
Thank you, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
Amazing Location - Great Hospitality
This was a fantastic property, in a great location to call home for a few weeks while travelling around central Scotland. The Villa itself contained all the conveniences of home and was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Lynn was great to communicate with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We would stay hear again on our next visit. Thanks again!
Lovely apartment everything you need .
Everything you needed and more in a very comfortable apartment. The owners were very supportive and the area is great .Plenty of good food cafes and reseraunts in the area.
The location was perfect for our little group. Close to the center of town and close to the beach and close to the train station and bus stops. The flat was well appointed with a great little deck for enjoying the sun. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place in Broughty Ferry.
Thanks for your review, delighted that you enjoyed your stay in Broughty Ferry and hope to welcome you back sometime. Lynn
Ticked all the boxes
Spotlessly clean, well equipped, close to the beach and a good variety of shops and restaurants. Quiet at night and with a good heating system for cooler days. This property is very comfortable to stay in.
