An exceptional family villa situated in the heart of Broughty Ferry - historic fishing village and conservation area, a short drive from Dundee city centre. Presented over three levels, there are 3 bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate a family group of up to 6 people. The master bedroom and living room enjoy views of the harbour towards Broughty Castle and the Tay estuary beyond. Outside space is provided by a balcony off the first floor living room.

We live locally to the holiday property and acquired it to offer others the type of holiday accommodation we feel was missing from our fantastic local area, and Broughty Ferry in particular.

Broughty Ferry is a wonderful holiday location, and the nearby city of Dundee and county of Angus are under-rated but fast gaining reputation and recognition.

Whatever your interests are, they are sure to be catered for close by, activities, food, sports, family attractions, or art.

Away from busy roads, but conveniently situated to have choices galore for things to do, eating out and shopping.

We have just finished our stay in this property. What an amazing townhouse, well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The property is located in the centre of Broughty Ferry our home town, close to all the shops, stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Notes on accommodation: The accommodation is over 3 levels so is not suitable for people who find stairs difficult. We do not accept pets. This is a very child friendly property: A travel cot is available, as is a high chair which attaches to a dining chair and stair gates. Kids books, toys and DVDs are provided. No smoking is allowed in the property or on the balconies. Outside: Private balcony area accessed from French doors off lounge - south facing with views of Broughty Ferry harbour. Outside table and chairs are provided. Balcony also provides clothes drying space via retractable clothes line. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided. There is no change over of these during stay, cleaning is done between guests. Please strip beds and leave used towels in bath at the end of your stay.

Just spent 4 weeks in this lovely villa which has everything you can possibly need. This is the third house we have rented in broughty ferry and it is the best by far. The owner Lynn meets you on arrival and keeps in touch making sure everything is ok for you. We will definitely be back next year. I would recommend this to anyone.

A great sunny holiday in Broughty Ferry

We were delighted with this well-equipped and comfortable villa. It is in an excellent location for shops, play parks, the harbour and beach and there are many interesting places to visit not too far away. It certainly ticked all the boxes for us.

Comfortable and well-specified & maintained accommodation in an interesting area.

Be sure to have coffee, cake, ice cream and Italian food at the local eaterie just round the corner! You need never cook.....

Terrific location and a well appointed rental flat

This unit is in a great spot with the beach within a 5 minute walk and shops and restaurants about the same. The unit is bright and well kept and very clean. There is adequate parking on the street and the balcony is fabulous. We really enjoyed our time there!

We first stayed at this property two years ago and pleasantly surprised that it is still in pristine condition. This property has everything that you could possible need, very well supplied, even umbrellas for the 'liquid sunshine'.

Ideal location for touring Scotland or just enjoying Broughty Ferry and the immediate area.

The Davidsons are perfect hosts.

Excellent stay, great location

Stayed for 5 nights with two younger kids (5 and 7). Facilities were excellent and exactly as described. Location is ideal for the kids as there's a great play area 5 mins walk away and the beach is a further minute from there. Shops, cafes and restaurants are also within very close walking distance. Nice little touches like some milk, juice and water being in fridge on arrival were appreciated. Also excellent contact from owner prior to arrival.

An ideal spot if you enjoy walking or cycling - numerous routes start close to the front door including the coastal path towards Monifieth/Carnoustie/Arbroath to the east and Dundee to the west. Dundee's 26 mile circular route also passes close by, as do routes which give access inland or over the Tay Bridge to Fife.
