Just back from Mark and Diane's beautiful villa

The villa was wonderful, very spacious and immaculately clean. The pool was large and for most of the time we had it to ourselves. Location ideal for all the local bars and restaurants etc. Nothing was to much bother for Mark and Diane who were very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely go to this lovely villa again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very good property in excellent location

We recently enjoyed a 3 week stay in this apartment. The owners (Mark and Diane) live in the complex and are very friendly and helpful, whilst respecting your privacy. Nothing is a problem for them. The property is excellent value for money. It's location is ideal and we used this as a base to travel around the wider Alicante/Murcia area.

We will definitely be back some time in the future!

Great place and ideal location

Hi, Stayed in the townhouse over Christmas whilst the weather was somewhat mixed the townhouse was excellent and the owners Mark and Dianne were great. Met us on arrival showed us around the property answered all our questions and were a great source of local knowledge during our stay.

It was that good we have already booked again..

This is the second time staying at this lovely apartment which is very spacious and comfortably furnished with lovely mountain views. The apartment has everything you need and Mark and Diane were very attentive checking all was well. Will look forward to visiting again in the future

Just returned from a 2 week stay in Mark and Diane's lovely apartment, with my young family.

All facilities are as described and the pool is perfect, and was virtually private as nobody else used it!

Apartment is spot on, set in a quite location, but within walking distance to local restaurants and bars.

Highly recommended and we will definitely be re-booking the apartment if we return to the Alicante region.

Mark and Diane are also very helpful if you need anything.

Just home after spending a fantastic week with my grown up family at Mark and Diane's apartment. Great apartment, very spacious for the 5 adults in our party. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Met with Mark and Diane who couldn't do enough for us. Good location close to bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the excellent pool and the added facility of wi-fi was a great bonus. Will definitely return.

We bought this property because we liked this small gated community and also we like the small village of benijofar with its many bars and resaurants.

What makes this villa unique

There are many tings to do in the area golf, water Parks. And is only a few mins by car to the beach



Guardamar beach is approx. 15 mins by car


Car hire is advisable but there are many bars and restaurants close by

Alicante Airport is approx. 40 minutes away by car.

Airport pickups can be arranged , Small or large groups


Quesada is within walking distance with more shops, bars and restaurants.

Quesada Water park is within walking distance.

Benimar is within walking distance with many more bars and restaurants.

Nearest Town Torrevieja 15 minates by car.

Further Details:

Close by is a small supermarket, banks, and many bars and restaurants.
