Whether for the Picasso museum in Malaga or for the oldest tapas bars in the world (in Seville), they offer many possibilities indeed.

The Pueblos Blancos (White Villages) up in the mountains, where hikers and nature lovers can find all they want, are a must. There are 2 important archeological finds with prehistoric cave paintings upto 30,000 years old (the fantastic Cuevo de la Pileta and the Cuevo del Tajo de las figuras). Yearly, many birders visit the area to see a diversity of species migrate through the straits of Gibraltar (such as bee-eaters or cranes).

It is in this wealth of choice that the villa is situated, one of the most beautiful and well built houses in Sotogrande, with fabulous views from almost every window. The villa is ideally located and therefore very quiet. The ground floor consist of a large fully equipped kitchen with the cosyness and warmth of home and lots of light, an open plan dining room and a very light and large living area with open fireplace, connecting to a number of terraces and overlooking the pool area and a graciously sloping garden.

There are 5 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms.

All 4 upstairs bedrooms are spacious, have their own fully equipped bathroom and all have stunning views. Downstairs there is a fifth easily accessible spacious bedroom. The lower floor is all flat, a fabulous light and spacious area with design furniture. There is a laundry area. The floors of the house are made of beautiful, authentic Andalucian Terra Cotta and all of the bedrooms have individual airconditioning and heating. There is a large TV screen in the snug area and an advanced Ipod docking station to play your own music.

About The Owner

We found the ideal house to stay permanently in the future, but since we are still working, we have decided to buy the property and to rent it out to you for vacation purposes.

We visit the property every month and we are meticulous in cleaning and maintenance.

We have a young and ambitious local caretaker who speaks Spanish and English, which is a great help for us and for you as a guest.

We take pride in arranging things in order to accomodate you as our guest in the best possible manner.

Utility Room: The scullery is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are ironing facilities and there is a second worktop/ washbasin. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is cleaned when you arrive and when you leave and the towels and linnen are refreshed weekly. All of this is included in the rental price (all-in). Additional maid service is available upon request at additional cost. Other: There is a separate television room created for those who want to watch television, without hinder to those who don't, yet without loosing contact altogether and in the same design bracket.

Flexible booking procedure would consist of answering questions, listening to special wishes etc.. Getting to know about you and your party is essential, also to establish price reductions, depending on the number of people in your party. Once established, a down payment of about 1/3 of the total sum is to be paid, for which we will exchange BIC and IBAN numbers. The balance plus a 650 Euro refundable damage deposit is due no later than 1 month before the beginning of the rental period.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday, exceptions are sometimes possible. Arrival at 16.00 hours, departure at 10.00 hours. Exceptions upon availability.

Note: during low season rebates for 2 are at 20%, for parties upto 4 people at 10%, parties upto 6 at 5%.
