Lovely cottage with very good amenities... a warm welcome and good communication from Kenton the owner .. friendly pub at the end of the garden selling nice pub grub .. would highly recommend.

Great cottage, clean and comfortable.

Very nice, comfortable and well appointed cottage. Suggestion of perhaps addition of a dishwasher.Friendly host who came to welcome after arrival and pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of red wine in cottage for us.

Stunning and imaculately clean.

We had a lovely weekend at your amazing cottage. Very well equipped and in beautiful surroundings. The Masons Arms was a little gem of a place with gorgeous food and very friendly staff and locals. Hope to return soon.

A very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was ideal for my mum's 80th Birthday - she was able to climb the stairs and the walk in shower made all the difference. As her pet dog was welcome, she had a lovely relaxing time.

The large table gave the opportunity for family to visit and all sit together for a meal.

The Lake District was not too far for a day out.

Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Kenton was very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
