Nice house in friendly village

A very comfortable house in a scenic area with plenty of walks nearby. The added bonus was the local pub serving excellent food. The house was very warm with lovely fire which was very welcome in the freezing temperatures. Kenton the owner popped round to welcome us and to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely property

Only stayed for 2 nights. Accommodation was really comfortable and homely. The owner called to check everything was ok for us, made sure we had enough logs for the log burner and explained the heating system. Would recommend this cottage, it is an ideal location for walking. The pub behind was very handy and served delicious meals.

Had a lovely weekend

Lovely clean and well equipped cottage. Love the log burner and appreciated it being lit with a bottle of Red wine waiting when we arrived.

Great secure garden for the dog and kids to play in.

Cosy Base

The cottage was very spacious and spotlessly clean. When we arrived the wood burner had already been lit and there was a bottle of red wine which was a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Kenton popped in to make sure we had everything we needed and to show us how the heating worked. We would definitely recommend the cottage! The village is close to the A66 so very accessible for exploring the area!
