Our beautiful one bedroom duplex is on a small well maintained, gated complex in Matagorda with large communal swimming pool set in mature gardens and sea views from the upstairs balcony.easy access to taxi rank or bus stops .

Hi my name is Amanda .I live in England and work full time as a nurse manager for the NHS ,

My partner and myself have been going away on holiday different destinations for many years,

until we were introduce to Lanzarote by friends of ours

and fell in love with the island and never looked back since,

we travel to lanzarote at lease 4 times a year and have decided to invest in a property .

we have made many friends there ,and is a very safe and friendly island,

We bought in Matagorda as it is a very quite and friendly location ,

lovely flat beach front walk ways, easy for wheel chairs etc

What makes this apartment unique

Its a small quiet friendly, secure complex ,

with bus and taxis service are on hand

there is small supermarket across the road and a larger supermarket on the beach walkway .

which is a short stroll away .

There are small complexes of bars and restaurant's where you can enjoy the views. The duplex is pool side and very well equipped.

it as been fully refurbished to a very high standard, The apartment consists of fully fitted open plan kitchen, there is a washing machine, fridge freezer ,microwave, toaster ,kettle ,oven and hob,

lounge consists of satellite tv with uk channels ,dvd player ,free wifi

Bathroom as walk in shower ,fixed hair dryer

towels provided also beach towels for the pool area,and sunbed cushions.

Beautiful Apartment with everything you need

Our stay at number 28 was absolutely wonderful. Amanda thinks of everything that you need, a lot of the things we took, as we would on a normal SC holiday stayed in the case, Tea towels, Washing up liquid, clothes pegs, flash wipes etc.

We recommend this apartment, it was our 7th stay in Matagorda and by a mile the best.

Recommend you book quickly because this one is great, we even showed another couple round 28 who were looking to stay next year. Thanks Amanda x

Great apartment in a lovely quiet complex

Fantastic apartment, kitted out well and very clean upon arrival. The apartment has all you need to have a relaxing holiday, Las Marinas complex is well maintained and in a nice quite location. The Matagorda/Los Pocillos resorts have lots of good cafe's, restaurants, bars, etc. Much quieter than neighbouring Del Carmen but the better for it if you want a nice relaxing atmosphere. Also the owner Amanda was great to deal with throughout the booking process, very responsive and friendly.

Fabulous stay at number 28.

What a wonderful duplex, we've been staying in Matagorda for the last 10 years and even though my sister stayed in this little complex and said how quiet it was we never have! Well, what a little gem. Amanda has put her heart and soul into her beautiful duplex it really has every thing one could ever need. I was slightly worried as I thought it might not have a sea view, I needn't have worried it has distant sea views but the view of the pool and the beautiful trees and well kept gardens are a joy.I can't thank Amanda enough for providing my husband and I with the nicest apartment we have stayed in whilst visiting Lanzarote. She was a fabulous host in that the communication was excellent, the standard of the apartment was excellent and the security was excellent.Thank you once again from another Amanda!!!
