2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom with large terrace - Great Location Near Tomb of the Kings, Short Walk to Beaches and Restaurant
About Jonathan Dalby
We have always liked Cyprus and the way of life. We decided to purchase with a small, local developer in Paphos to get a more personal feel for our property. We love the location, it's simplicity and friendliness. Unfortunately we still have plenty of work commitments, so can't spend as much time there as we would like. So, we decided to rent out our apartment when its not being used by family and friends.
Jonathan Dalby purchased this Apartment in 2011
Why Jonathan Dalby chose Paphos
The apartments were completed at the end of 2011 and we first started using our apartment in 2012. Paphos has that nice balance between old and new, lively and peaceful. Our property is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing, but close enough to allow you to join in when you want. Our photos don't do the property justice. We've made a mental note to take some better ones this year!
What makes this Apartment unique
We love the relaxed atmosphere and are able to 'de-stress' when we go to the apartment. The pool is great and never busy. The other owners and the management team look after the resort well and always make you feel welcome. Being on the top floor of the main block, we get uninterrupted views out to sea and can look over the local olive grove next door. It's great for the whole al-fresco experience. As short walk takes you to a range of local tavernas, with excellent food for all appetites. Paphos's archaeological heritage is great to immerse yourself in.

Lovely place to stay, a bit out of the way of town but apartment clean and everything needed is in the apartment.
Needs more sun beds around the pool.
Very pleasant stay
Jonathan’s apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. Jonathan responded to any queries we had promptly, however despite us reporting to him at the start of our stay that a toilet seat in en-suite was broken, and he reported this to the management team, it wasn’t repaired during our 2 week stay. We were very thankful for the effective air conditioning in the property as temperatures were hot! The veranda is spacious and provides a great view of the area including the sea. We were disappointed however with the tired uncomfortable sun beds around the pool and at times there were a lot of local people using the pool facilities, which resulted in the pool area becoming quite crowded. In addition throughout our stay there were very few English speaking children for ours to play with in the pool, so they had to put up with each others company. George the bar manager was welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He serves lovely cold Keo. Thanks George! We had lovely meals out at Muse, Duomo, Fat Mama’s, Marelli’s & Ramini. Quality of food & service very good and reasonably priced. Muse great for watching sunset.
My stay at the oracle
I have enjoyed every minute of my stay. The apartment was very spacious. The pool was great and the bar staff were fantastic, they gave you help in anyway they could. The mini market could do with stocking up.
A gem of a place ... centrally located for Paphos
Due to previous reviews we were expecting great things and we were not disappointed. The apartment was well equipped and very spacious. Jonathan was very helpful prior to our trip and gave us some great advice and tips.
When returning to Paphos, we will be looking to stay here again.
Thank you Jonathan
Great apartment, spacious and clean. The best balcony we've ever had, large and with lovely views.
Excellent communication from the owner and definitely recommended for a stay in Paphos 😊
Large 2 bedroom penthouse overlooking the sea with great views and large patio. Perfect location. 15 minute walk from main road and only 40 minute walk to harbour.
Several local beaches are within 5-10 minutes walk.
Paphos airport is around 25 minutes by car or taxi. We would recommend a car if you want to get out and explore the region, but it is not essential. The local bus service is excellent with main stops just five minutes walk away on the Tomb of the Kings Road.
