I needed to book a vacation for 12 people (5 couples and 2 singles) to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Mary planned the perfect vacation for us and she was right!

On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this vacation a 9. It was a lot better than I thought it was going to be in relation to traveling with 11 other people and ensuring everyone is happy. Mary's communications during the booking, confirmation time and just prior to our departure was spot on.

When I said Mary was right, it was in relation to the two Villas. I originally requested a 7-bedroom villa so we could all stay in the same house (which are hard to confirm because owners get priority bookings). It was a lot better having two villas rather than one so that the 12 of us could spread out between two houses. It was fantastic that we were right next to each other. We felt special having two built-in swimming pools that we visited back-and-forth throughout the week. Also, the location was ideal-we walked to many of the beaches and pools and restaurants.

Our VIP rep who came every morning-Elaine-was fantastic. She handled any issues that came up which included one person not having air conditioning, there was a leak in one of the ceilings, and an issue with one of the safes. Everything was handled immediately. The VIP center also called the next day to follow up that our requests were handled. So in terms of the resort-customer service was excellent.

We did take advantage of all of the perks that came with the gold VIP bands. As I mentioned, my husband and I have been at this resort with gold bands 4 years ago and that's why we recommended it to our friends. They were very impressed with everything that they got for the cost. All of the restaurants were excellent and two of my friends who have dietary restrictions were able to find many options at all of the restaurants.

The woman who cooked us breakfast and also provided maid service was wonderful. We had breakfast cooked for all of us in our villa four times that week and that was a nice touch.

So, in conclusion, it was a true pleasure working with you in planning a wonderful 50th birthday celebration for all of us. Our friends are interested in doing it again.

My friends and I stayed at the tropical suites at Lifestyle for spring break and had an incredible time! The location is beautiful and the staff were all incredibly friendly. We had a ton of fun at all of the different pools and activities the resort had to offer. We were all very impressed by the dinners at the many restaurants offered on the resort. We booked through Mary McKenny and are very happy we did! She was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire booking process and provided us with a lot of helpful information before we departed. Any questions we did have she answered very quickly.

This was with no question the best vacation I have ever been on. I went with three other girlfriends and we had the most relaxing time! We had a laid back vacation for the most part but there were plenty of activities to engage in. We are already making plans for what we would do our next trip. Our condo was at the Residence Suites and there wasn't a complaint with the lodging. It was roomy, clean and comfortable with all the necessities we needed and if there was something more we requested it and it was delivered in a timely fashion. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We spent time on our veranda with great weather and marvelous views. The variety of restaurants and different foods was more than I would have expected. I think one of my favorite things about this vacation was how relaxed people were. Not only the people who lived there but the majority of people we met were caught up in the atmosphere and the laid back feeling was contagious. Our travel agent, Mary, was very helpful and made the transition to the vacation a smooth one with a lot of hints for making the vacation the best!

My 3 Best Friends and I rented a condo from Mary M and it was one of the best vacations to date! The condo was at the Residence Suites... two bedroom, two bath with a beautiful launi that we spent most of our time while at the condo! It had everything we needed and the staff was professional, accommodating and very appreciative. Maury, Jasmine and Anna were my favorites...always a smile and going above and beyond to help. We spend most of our beach time at Serenity...loved the bloody marys, crepes and ceveche! The food was delightful and drinks were top shelf! I really enjoyed going to a different restaurant each night. I have to say the evening shows need some improvement. There were a couple great ones but others we left before half time.

Mary was he Best travel agent... professional, pleasant and very helpful! She gave us pages of tips on how to make it a great experience and was only a phone call away if we needed her. She also followed up after we returned to see how things went. Love this lady!
