Villa THEA was completed in 2014 and has its own private entrance and grounds. Furnished in a fresh contemporary style it is well appointed and maintained by the owners. NEW FOR 2018 is a private pool now completed and in use.
Arriving at the private parking area, stone steps lead down through the upper garden terraces with their bourgainvilleas, lavender and fruit trees, to the villa entrance courtyard and front door.
On the ground floor is the Kitchen/Diner and the Living Room both with french-doors that lead out onto the south facing terrace with its amazing panoramic sea views (probably the best in the area). Here there is plenty of room to dine and relax in the sun or shade on comfy furniture under the parasols.
Upstairs are two identical double bedrooms both with large en-suite shower rooms, comfy beds, wardrobes and south facing balconies with sea views.
Gentle stone steps lead down from the upper terrace to the sunny lower terrace. It is here that we have created the private pool and its surrounding stone tiled patio areas with sun loungers, drinks tables and parasols as well as a charcoal barbecue and a dining table with seating for four people. The stunning 180 degree sea view and the garden setting makes this a perfect place to relax.
The lower ground floor is a semi-basement with a sofa-bed for a 5th.guest, although there is no shower room/wc here and this person would have to use one of the upstairs en-suites. A fifth person is strictly by prior arrangement with the owners and a supplement will be charged.
The villa is reached from Agia Efimia harbour along a quiet, tree lined road and pedestrian footpath with shaded seating that winds along the edge of the sea past a few houses and restaurants with steps down to very pretty white shingle/pebble coves with crystal clear water. In moments you get to a private road/track that climbs up to Villa THEA (Greek for "View") which gets its name from its stunning south facing location looking out over the bay towards the island of Ithica and Sami, with yachts, fishermen and ferry boats coming in and out. Conveniently close to the village the location however is so peaceful that you can hear the birds singing in the trees and the sheep on the hills behind.
The villa is approved by and registered with the Greek Tourism Office. - Certificate No. 0458K91000418101.
Based on seven nights minimum stay, any number of additional nights available thereafter. Stays can span across months and usually any day arrival and departure is acceptable.
Prices quoted are for the villa based on up to four people sharing. Supplement for one additional person using the sofa-bed in the lower ground floor (strictly by arrangement with the owners).
Also available is our other villa "Villa Artemis"(Owners Direct Property Ref. No. 1883192). Both villas can be rented together for larger groups/families.
