A one double bedroom secluded new apartment as part of a large country house set down a quiet unmade road(Bridlepath).

With pretty rural walks and close to shops and transport. The apartment has high vaulted ceilings and is light warm and

airy . The deck offers an area for Barbacue and out door dining .

The is plenty of car parking and we are close to several historic venues , our local pub and dining a 15 minute walk away .

HI I live with my husband and daughter we work in the entertainment industry. We reside in the main house and have been renovating it for a few years now. I am a keen gardener and love my dogs. This was my parents home for many years and I always wanted to live here with my family.

We have been renovating for several years and will continue on the gardens.

What makes this apartment unique

It is a unique place not for everyone but I love that you feel you are in the heart of the country yet you are so close to everything.

Its very peaceful here and we find it a very creative atmosphere great for writing, reading and painting.

A great place to chill.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is an annex to the main house with ample parking. Outside: Set in six acres of garden and woodland. with its own secluded deck area, perfect for outside dining BBQ'S etc. Parking. Utility Room: NA but there is a washer dryer in the kitchen units. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels provided a weekly clean on request is available. Other: The apartment has one bedroom a bathroom and the lounge, dining and kitchen area is all in one large room.

fantastic facilities, lovely location, great owner

I needed a quiet retreat to do some working "from home". Located in the heart of the Kent countryside, but close to Tatsfield village and train station and main roads, this apartment was perfect.

Not that I needed anything, but the owners were always on hand to help with anything that was required, and when our paths crossed, they acted like neighbours, rather than landlords. Wonderfully friendly.

I can't recommend this flat highly enough and will definitely be staying again !

Arrival is flexible with departure by 11 am please.

Notes on prices:
In high season we charge £450 a week and low season this is around £300.
minimum stay is 4 nights.
Maximum stay one month, we will consider longer letting.

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
