LE66 is an apartment for 4 persons located right next to the pistes. It was initially bought by my grandparents more than 50 years ago, and has now been completely renovated (by the lovely B-Architecten). This is the concept: we made it the way we really like it. And we'd like to rent it out to people who really like it too. Les2Alpes is a great place to ski, to hike, to bike, to parapente or to read a book. It's snow-guaranteed thanks to the altitude and the glacier. And it's guaranteed bike fun with Alpe d'Huez, The Galbier. LE66 is a 37sqm apartment with a sleeping corner, a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a terrace with a view. We welcome children. The sleeping corner is excellent for children. They can sleep in the upper bunk bed (sleeping 2) with child protection or sleep at the bottom in the single bed with extra retractable bed. They can play with the toys we left in the studio. Fun guaranteed!

About Studio.LE66 / Sofie Pintens

LE66 was initially bought by my grandparents (Julia & Roger) more than 50 years ago, and has now been completely renovated (by the lovely B-Architect-en).

This is the concept: we made it the way we really like it. And we'd like to rent it out to people who really like it too.

With our 2 boys of 9 and 6, we've been enjoying LE66 both in winter and in summer. It's a great place for children. They like to ski and in summer go for walks in the mountains, whilst stopping at every little mountain water and enjoying a picknick on a mountain slope.

Les2Alpes is a great place to ski, to hike, to bike, to parapente or to read a book.

It's snow-guaranteed thanks to the altitude and the glacier. And it's guaranteed bike fun with Alpe d'Huez, The Galbier in the summer.

I used to spend my summer holidays there with my parents. And now I take my kids there to enjoy the healthy air and obviously the great snow in winter !

What makes this apartment unique

LE66 is really close to the slopes. You can ski directly to the back door. And it is also very well situated in the village centre.

Notes on accommodation: The maximum number of persons staying in the apartment is 5. In high season, we rent Saturday - Saturday. In low season, renting from Sunday - Sunday is possible, and also not the complete week (with a min. of 3 nights).

5 Times we go to the 2 Alpes, and this week was our best, everything was perfect, weather, snow and sun shining.

Lovely Apartment, Great Location!

This is a lovely, well-equipped 2nd floor apartment right off the slopes near the Diable Chair Lift. It is small but perfectly formed and we had a very comfortable and pleasant skiing holiday there with our two children (aged 9 and 6) during February half term. The location is so easy that we came off the slopes for a couple of hours each lunchtime and relaxed in the apartment, before heading back out for the afternoon's skiing. I was even able to sunbathe on the balcony in February! We self-catered most evenings, making pasta and enjoying a hot bath and an early night in the family sleeping quarter ready for the next day of excellent skiing. If you prefer to eat out there are lots of places within easy walking distance (mostly serving from 7pm) and Les Deux Alpes was a fun and lively resort (pop-up DJ booth at 5pm and the Pano bar on the slopes was always bouncing in the afternoons) but still very child friendly. The owners of this apartment were great to deal with and there was local support in resort on arrival and departure (and if we'd needed them during our stay- which we didn't). As with most French apartments you need to take your own towels and there is a charge for linen. There is a lift but we mostly used the stairs anyway and there is a secure, ski locker dedicated to the apartment on the ground floor. There is car parking right outside the apartment where we sat our hire car for the week- the journey from Grenoble airport was straightforward. Highly recommend this apartment for couples or families with young children, I'm sure it would be lovely in summer too for mountain biking, walking etc. Beautiful place.

Travel:

You'll be using your GPS, we assume.Type in: Route de Tête Moute. That will take you to the backside of the building. You can park there.

The village and the road to it are easy accessible, even after heavy snowfall.

You can fly to the Airport of Grenoble, and take a bus, a taxi or rent a car to go up the mountain. It will take you about 90 minutes to reach Les2Alpes.

Or come by train. There's a TGV train station in Grenoble. Again with the possibility to take a bus, a taxi or rent a car.

Further Details:

There are a number of supermarkets in Les2Alpes (Carrefour Montagne, Spar, U, Petit Casino). They are open every day (including Sunday) from 8am – 8pm and they offer everything you need during your stay in Les2Alpes.

You can also shop for your ski, bike, swim or walk outfit in one of the many boutiques throughout the village.

There is a deposit of 350€/£ that is to be paid to our English on-site manager Charlotte in cash upon arrival in Studio.LE66.
The deposit will be refunded in full at check-out, provided the apartment is left as it is found.

The minimum stay in high season is 4 nights.

Changeover Day:
Arrival on Saturday between 15.00 – 21.00.
Check-out on Saturday between 07.00 – 10.00.
Our English on-site manager Charlotte will be present for check-in and -out.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
