Casa del Colle is a contemporary Italian villa nestled into the top of a small hill in the Abruzzo region of Italy. The estate is around 2.5 acres of olive grove & fruit trees and overlooks the medieval town of Penne, voted recently as one of the “Most Beautiful Towns in Italy”. Casa del Colle is built to an exceptionally high specification with 5 king-size bedrooms, three large reception rooms, 4 balconies, thoughtfully landscaped terraces and a luxurious 14m salt water pool with massage jets.
Pescara has a small and accessible airport and is only a 45 minute drive from Casa del Colle, with car hire facilities and regular flights from many major European cities. Rome Fiumicino, Rome Ciampino and Ancona airports are under a 2.5 hour drive from the villa and will offer more choice and flexibility with flights.
Driving to Casa del Colle through central Europe is a thoroughly rewarding experience; owners Steve & Marion do the trip from the UK often and would be more than happy to share travel advice and places to stay enroute.
