Braemar is a spacious and comfortable traditional Croyde Bungalow offering everything you need for a relaxing break in this famous Surfing Village, conveniently located for the Beach and Village and set in an elevated position with large gardens and lovely views towards the sea. The large enclosed garden with its trees and shrubs is a safe area for children to play in. The property will sleep 4 + 2 people comfortably, a cot and high chair are available on request. Wi-Fi is available in the property should you wish to connect to the internet. There is off road parking at the front of the property on a tarmac drive for up to two cars. From the property you can either walk into the village, 5 minutes, or out to the beach, 10 minutes, with ease.

Perfect location!

10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the pub - what more could you want!

After years of staying in Parkdean Ruda we decided it had become over priced and my family had outgrown the caravans so this 2 bed bungalow was perfect for us and our teenage boys.

Kitchen had everything you needed and more. Wifi was included.

There was plenty of garden space which got the sun all day long and even though it was at the front it was high enough to feel out of the way as well as being close enough for people watching!

Would definitely stay again.

Croyde in North Devon which is a magical place, steeped in old-world charm and a delightful coastal community of colour-washed thatched cottages with a beautiful sandy bay. Croyde is said by many to be the best surfing beach in the UK, and there can be few villages in the country with such a perfect blend of picturesque charm and vibrant life!

The wide sheltered bay, with its long broad sweep of golden sands offers safe bathing and excellent surfing. The beach is privately owned and well kept, is patrolled by lifeguards between May and September and has the prestigious Seaside Award. The adjoining National Trust land at Baggy Point provides delightful walking with excellent views. Cycling, horse riding, golf and tennis are all available locally. There is a variety of pubs and restaurants all providing extensive menus, and several cafes to indulge yourself with a Devon cream tea.

In Croyde there are a variety of restaurants and pubs which all serve excellent food & drink. The best known are The Thatch, Billy Buds & The Manor which are all very family friendly. Billy Budds and The Manor both have children’s play areas. For a little more sophistication, maybe a special treat or occasion, both the Kittywell & Whiteleaf will not disappoint. If you just want to have a relaxed meal in the village then Hobbs could fit the bill

A few miles up the road in Georgeham you will find The Rock & The Kings Arms, both are popular family eating and drinking venues

If it’s just Fish & Chips that you want then Bay View Farm in the village is the place to go

Braunton also has a variety of restaurants, pubs and take a ways to suit all

There are two indoor Swimming Pools locally. Cascades at the Ruda Holiday Park in Croyde which is a fun pool with slides in a tropical theme. The Leisure Centre in Barnstaple has an Olympic sized pool for more traditional swimming.

There are a good selection of Golf Courses locally that will suit everyone. Saunton is a links with two 18 hole courses.
