Driftwood is a four bedroom house situated in a quiet location in Beadnell. The family accommodation offers a lounge /dining area with French doors opening onto a secure sunny rear garden ideal for barbecues and alfresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped to include fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. Master bedroom has a king size bed, with en suite which has a shower cubicle. Second bedroom has a king size bed. Two further bedrooms, one twin room and one single. There is a family bathroom with quality shower over bath and a further separate toilet downstairs. Driftwood has oil fired central heating and the garage has a tumble dryer installed. The garage also provides space for wet clothing, muddy boots, push chairs, beach equipment and bicycles.

After falling in love with this area over 10 years ago and spending many happy holidays since, we decided to purchase our property to enable us to spend more time exploring the surrounding area and beyond.

Coast/Beach: Northumberland has a wealth of golden sandy beaches where you can walk for miles without seeing anybody. Beadnell beach is only a five minute walk from Driftwood. Distances: There are numerous castles to visit in Northumberland - Bamburgh, Dunstunburgh, Alnwick, Ford, and Warkworth. Take a trip to Holy Island or take a boat to the Farne Islands which hosts the largest Grey seal colony in the UK as well as breeding seabirds such as puffins, shags and terns. Enjoy a visit to Berwick, Hexham, Craster, Cragside and Hadrians Wall. Further Details: Driftwood is within walking distance of a shop, restaurant and pub. Seahouses 3 miles and Bamburgh 7 miles provide a wider variety of cuisine if required.
