Set amongst banana groves, the views over the Mediterranean are truly memorable. Quiet location, yet only 6 minutes drive to the shops and restaurants of Coral Bay and within walking distance of a mini-market (kiosk) and several tavernas. The greatest attraction of this area is the tranquility. Eat out on the extensive balcony under the stars, to the sound of the sea and the crickets.

We are Simon and Deb. We lived in Cyprus for 3 years in the 80's and fell in love with the people and lifestyle. We spend our holidays here. We hope you enjoy your time in Cyprus as much as we do. We have made good friends in Cyprus.

                                                              Stunning sea views and quiet location

                                                              Deb and Simon were helpful and responsive to any queries and especially patient with the difficulties experienced with the payment process by Owners Direct. The apartment is situated amongst banana groves and wonderfully peaceful location within a ten minute walk to the coast. A variety of beaches are a short drive away. Kitchen was well equipped and there was even washing powder provided. The pool provided a refreshing place to cool down and big enough to swim some lengths.

                                                              Three glorious weeks at Sea Caves


                                                              Our sixth visit to Cyprus (Paphos/Peyia areas) and the best by far! Close enough to our favourite places, restaurants and supermarkets, in a tranquil and lovely location, the descriptions and photos of the apartment are accurate, as are the other glowing reviews.

                                                              Deb and Simon provided prompt information and friendly advice throughout the process.

                                                              The apartment is clean and modern, with good quality kitchenware and crockery. We cooked and ate on the lovely balcony many times; baked whole sea bream was a particular favourite, with surprisingly excellent white wine from Tsangarides winery. Panoramic sea views especially at sunset take your breath away.

                                                              When you want a break from taking the air, there is a good selection of novels (Grisham, Connelly, Baldacci etc), and plenty of tv channels. Hubby was particularly taken with the catch up facility via the droid box.

                                                              Our son joined us for a week, and was very comfortable in the twin bedded room, which has an en suite so no queueing for the bathroom!

                                                              We didn't need to use the air con at all during our stay, even when the temperatures were in the high 20s - screened windows can be opened to allow the cooling breeze to flow through the apartment, and the bedroom ceiling fans set on low at night were the quietest we have ever had. Although the sea was a little chilly this early, the infinity pool is lovely for a swim, with pretty planted areas.

                                                              Handy for visits to restaurants in Peyia and Coral Bay, walks on the Akamas peninsula, boat trips from Latchi etc. Stand out days included free wine tasting at Tsangarides (Lemona) followed by lunch at Imogen's in Kathikas, and the walk along the Avkas Gorge (water still flowing this time of year) followed by BBQ lunch at Viklari.

                                                              We would definitely recommend this property, and look forward to a repeat visit. It's that good!

                                                              A brilliant and relaxing 2 weeks. The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful location around a 5 minute drive from Coral Bay. So it's just a short drive to the supermarket, petrol station, and the bars and restaurants.

                                                              The views are fantastic and great for watching the sunset from the balcony.

                                                              The apartment is very clean and well maintained, as are the communal areas and pool.

                                                              Everything needed for a self catering holiday is provided, new-looking kitchen equipment, pans, plates, bbq etc. The rooms are nicely furnished, and are much better than what you'd usually find in holiday rental properties.

                                                              Deb and Simon were great and responded quickly to any questions we had.

                                                              We would look to stay here again in the future and have recommended the apartment to friends and family.

                                                              Beautiful and peaceful

                                                              We are regular visitors to Paphos but usually stay close to the centre of town. This time we decide to try a week along the coast in an area that has always attracted us; Sea Caves.

                                                              I started my search for a place to stay and was immediately attracted to Deb and Simon’s place. They were quick to reply to my initial query and extremely helpful during the entire booking process, going above and beyond with several of our requests.

                                                              We arrived late on a Sunday night and found the apartment easily. It was even better than we had expected. Tastefully decorated and very well equipped with a simply magnificent view from a very spacious balcony. The grounds are very well kept and laid out.

                                                              We had a week of peaceful bliss in the sun – all you will hear when staying here are birds. It was so relaxing that I could happily have stayed there forever. Our instinct to stay in Sea Caves was bang on the money and we were lucky to find such a lovely apartment.

                                                              If you’re mulling it over mull no more – you’ve found the right place.

                                                              This is our 3rd stay at the property and as usual we were very impressed with how well the apartment and grounds are kept. Whilst the area is very peaceful it has the added bonus of being near very close to 2 great beaches, shops, restaurants and attractions.

                                                              Coast/Beach: Coral Bay and Corallia (blue flag beaches) and St. George Bay are each 5 to 10 minutes drive. The famous Lara Beach (sea turtles) is a 30 minute drive. Latchi and Paphos are both approximately 30 minutes drive. Akamas National Park is a 10 minute drive. Travel: Paphos International airport is approximately 32 kilometres. Larnaca airport approximately 1 hr 45 mins. Car hire is recommended. Distances: Peyia 4 km, Coral Bay 4km. Paphos 18km. Further Details: There are banks, restaurants, tavernas, chemists, shops and supermarkets at Coral Bay. The nearest petrol station is about 1.5 km.
