About Nigel Evans
I live in South Wales with my wife Kathryn and have two grown up children working in London and New York. We have run our own business for over fifteen years and love to spend any spare time at Admirals House. We purchased the House in 2008 and have extensively refurbished our second home since then.

Why Nigel Evans chose Saundersfoot
We've always loved Pembrokeshire as we both spent our childhood holidays in and around Saundersfoot. We always wanted a dream house on the seafront. Admirals House is so unique and with breathtaking seaviews that we just had to buy it. It is private yet less than 100 metres from the beach, village pub and shop. Saundersfoot is a beautiful seaside village packed with lovely restaurants and pubs and a wonderful starting point for long beach and coastal walks.
What makes this House unique
Admirals House has a priceless location with outstanding sea/harbour views and is just a short stroll from the village. The House has two large beach facing lounges and offers large families the space for both intimacy and the opportunity for private time.

Wonderful, clean and comfortable home. Great location and view! We will be back!
An excellent holiday house for a family
Our week at Admiral's House, Saundersfoot, proved to be the most successful family gathering ever.
There were 11 of us from 3 generations, ranging from 6 - 73 years old. On arrival the house was immaculate and very welcoming. We found everything we needed and more. The layout of the accommodation is excellent and the facilities are outstanding. The property is very well maintained as everything worked on command and it is beautifully furnished.
The views across the beach and bay are magnificent and it is only a short walk into town to the shops for supplies.
We had excellent customer service from the owners.
Would love to return.

Amazing property in the perfect little beach town!
We booked this property for our beach holiday in Saundersfoot, and I highly recommend. The house is perched atop a hill overlooking the beach with a patio with table and couches so you can enjoy the view. The house is large and well laid out so even if you have the house full you don't feel on top of each other or crowded. There are two different living areas - one for tv watching and the other for family conversation/reading/puzzle making. The house is only a four mintue walk from the beach, which is great when you have a haul or small children (or both). We loved that Saundersfoot was so small - easily get around on foot - but there are enough pubs and restaurants to want to stay local rather than going into Tenby. Overall a wonderfully slow pace for a relaxing holiday!
AMAZING ADMIRAL'S HOUSE
I rented Admiral's House so that my family could help me celebrate my 50th and it was a great decision. The house itself is amazing being very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is great and flexible enough for all the comings and goings that take place at different times and the balconies have wonderful views across the bay and perfect for everyone to meet and relax after days out in the surrounding area. To be honest I liked the house and Saundersfoot so much I didn't stray very far! The owner Nigel was very helpful all the way through the booking process and answered all my queries very quickly right up to our arrival. I really can't find fault with anything and would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a quality location for a fun weekend.
Coast/Beach: Saundersfoot beach is lovely and sandy nestled between Tenby in the west and Amroth in the east. It lies a short downhill stroll from Admirals House less than 100 metres. Easily accessible with abundant car parking the beach is the proud bearer of a Blue Flag. Other beaches at Monkstone, Coppett Hall or Wisemans Bridge are all within 0.5 km of the House and also have ample car parking. Travel: BY CAR • Whilst you don't need a car to enjoy Saundersfoot and it's local beaches from Admirals House if you want to experience more of Pembrokeshire during your stay then a car is recommended. BY TRAIN • There is a railway station in Saundersfoot with main line to Swansea BY FERRY • Stenna operates from Rosslare to Fishguard and Irish Ferries sail from Rosslare to Pembroke Dock BY AIR • Cardiff International Airport is approximately 90 miles from Saundersfoot Distances: Tenby is a walled seaside town with 2. 5 miles of sandy beaches. It is just 4 miles from Admirals House. Boats sail from Tenby's harbour to the offshore monastic Caldey Island The small coastal village of Amroth is just 4 miles from Saundersfoot. The idyllic town of Narberth is just 8 miles from Admirals House. With its quaint winding streets and stunning rural beauty, Narberth is a must. Wisemans Bridge is a lovely bay with large restaurant and pub on the beach and just 2 miles from the House. Further Details: Saundersfoot is a small seaside resort in between Tenby and Amroth. It's much more compact than Tenby and has a charm and character of its own. In many respects Saundersfoot is a much more accessible seaside resort: Saundersfoot beach is wide, sandy and has a blue flag. There are plenty of places to eat and drink around the harbour and there's ample parking near the beach both on the harbour side and in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park run car park behind the shops. Saundersfoot was designated as a conservation area by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in 1995. There are a number of pubs that serve food including The Royal Oak (just 50 metres from Admirals House) and there are quite a few good restaurants and cafés too. Saundersfoot harbour was originally built to transport coal from mines in and around Stepaside. Nothing remains of the mines but the route of the tramway that was built to bring the coal to Saundersfoot harbour has created one of the most fascinating sections of The Coast Path. Walking east from Saundersfoot harbour you first come to the Tourist Information Centre in a building called The Barbecue. This was once Bonville's Court Colliery Office. Continue east along The Strand towards Coppet Hall beach, which is reached via a short tunnel. On the far side of Coppet Hall beach are two further tunnels and a wide flat path that is perfect for pushchairs and wheelchairs This takes you to Wiseman's Bridge. If you want to continue along the old dramway it will head inland through the woods to Stepaside where the remains of the old ironworks can be explored. It's recently been resurfaced and is ideal for cycles or walking. The Coast Path in the other direction takes you to Tenby. Although the distance isn't great, there are a number of descents and climbs as the path drops down to some little coves like Waterwynch. The path meanders through the woods which are full of bluebells in the spring.
