At the very summit of Calahonda the prestigious Cascadas de Calahonda Complex with its breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea & the surrounding countryside. It has 2 swimming pools on different elevations, cascading waterfalls and pond. Stroll through the lovely sub tropical landscaped gardens. Sun lounger’s and parasols at pools. Double fronted apartment with large glass sliding doors leading on to extremely large sun terrace and garden, both from the living area and bedroom. A fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you would possibly need for up to 4 people. A lovely, bright, very spacious dining cum living area which has been tastefully decorated to a very high standard, twenty four hour security, CCTV. Its a haven for a relaxing holiday. There are an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes, some within walking distance and some a short drive. Club de Sol Tennis Club and The Siesta Golf Club nearby. 5 min to the beautiful white sandy beach of Cabopino.

Golf and Beach holiday : This location is close to everywhere. It is in the golf region and boasts many fantastic International Golf Courses within a 10 min radius. A list of telephone numbers of Golf Courses available if you would like to book in advance. This location is perfect for a golf and beach holiday with plenty of sports to choose from. The Club del Sol Tennis Club(squash) also has a state of the art gym. La Siesta Golf Club is also near by. Both clubs have restaurants.

It lies between the towns of Marbella and Fuengirola which is 10 min away on either side. It is only 25 min from Malaga Airport. A few min to the pretty white sandy beach of Puerto Cabopino. The hidden gem of the Costa del Sol)with its pretty marina, just 15 min to the glitzy Puerto Banus. Surrounded by many International Golf Courses within a short distance of each other. The new Racecourse in Mijas The Casinos in Puerto Banus and Fungeriola. This location is perfect what ever the mood takes you whether it’s a quiet and relaxing away from it all type holiday or a busy one with so much to do if you want when you want. (the best of both worlds) Visit the white villages of Mijas and Ronda inland and sample the real Spain. Visit the historic town of Malaga, Gibraltar. Take a day trip to Morocco.

A superb five star home from home!

After a long time away from Spain it was lovely to get a chance to take the family there again. After exhorbitant quotes for some very questionable properties in even more questionable locations from high street travel agents we decided to book direct and we're so glad we did.

This is a true home from home, comfortable, clean, tidy and well equipped. Everything you could need is here and nothing disappoints. Steve definitely looks after his guests and after the relatively short but challenging journey (kids..) it was great to be welcomed into the apartment by a nice cold beer in the fridge. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Cascades has two pools, accessible with relative ease and again, they're well kept with plentiful sunloungers and there's usually a lifeguard on duty.

What to say about the Costa that's not already been said; Aqua Park Fuengirola is a great day out for the kids, not hugely expensive but make sure you get there early. Tivoli World as Aroyo de la Miel is pricey, starts late and is probably best for teenagers that want a bit of a night out. Gibraltar is an excellent day out. Park up at La Linea and walk over the border, save yourself time and hassle with the border crossing and the expense of upping your hire car insurance.. Mijas Pueblo up in the hills above Fuengirola is a must see.

The Chiringuito at Calahonda Beach is lovely, I could have stayed there all day sipping cold beer.. Parking next to the McDonalds is on a donation basis with the money going towards a charity.

Cascades is at the top of a rather long hill - if you want to walk, the nearest restaurant is 1km downhill (and does great Sangria). The strip is a 3km walk. Get a taxi back, under 10EUR.. A car is essential here and the apartment has an underground garage. But then again, almost anywhere along the Costa outside of the main resorts will really demand a car. Driving here is easy, far less stressful and dangerous than it was twenty years ago! The speeds along the coast road are pedestrian and the toll road is fast, modern and convenient. Malaga airport is a half hour really easy drive.

Would we go back? Most definitely! As soon as possible!

Great break enjoyed by all.

I have now visited this apartment on two separate occasions and each time I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The apartment and the complex are kept to a very high standard making it a warm and welcoming place to stay, the decor within the apartment is modern and well set out to give it a real relaxed feeling.

We always managed to find a sun lounger at either of the pools and the other guests were always friendly and polite and the residents were always willing to give advise on the best local restaurants and attractions.

The apartments are ideally situated for most of the main beeches and attractions.

I would defiantly recommend this apartment to others.

Gorgeous

The Appartment complex is just that. Steve couldn't have been more helpful and we are really looking forward to visiting again next year.

The appartment has everything you could want and it was a relief to have a few things in the cupboard when we arrived. It was the little things that made our stay at Casadas so lovely: the peace and quiet, the two lovely pools and the views, the standard of decoration and up keep, together with the friendly mixed european residents.

We had the pools to ourselves most days and never had to fight for a sun lounger.

Just outside the complex you have gorgeous walks in the national park - literally just out side the door!

20mins from Marbella, 40mins from the airport, 10mins walk to Paco's Supermarket and Meil et Nata italian restaurant and 20 mins from a big supermarket and Los Olivos cafe, you'll be surprised, it really is a lovely place to eat.

We felt at home for the whole holiday.

Ideal Family Break

We stayed at this appartment with our 3 kids during the May half term break.

The owner's recommended car hire company were excellent and directions to the appartment were stot on, arrived approx 1hr 20mins after landing at Malaga airport.

We were given directions of numerous places to go and good restaurants to dine which were all suitable for the kids, the appartment was very clean with fresh linen, good cooking and laundry facilities.

Both pools were readlly available whenever we wanted to use them, no crowds.couldn't keep the kids out even after spending days on the beach.

The kids are bugging us to go back, we will definately be re-visiting and using this agent as we found him to be extremely helpful and addressed all our concerns prior to travelling. Ideal for families or couples wanting a relaxing break.

Great Apartment HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hi, I stayed in the apartment 2 years ago with friends and there child, loved the spacious apartment and the lovely garden area. Pools were always empty never more than 3 familys around the pool (stayed in June) the only downside is the pool is a bit of a walk from the apartment - well I say far its not that bad, its mainly as there are steps so have to be a bit careful with the tiddlywinks!. Going back there now this June and cant wait, so excited. The owner is great too with fab communication skills, answering all of my silly questions and being very patient! :O) Hope everyone else enjoys there stays as much as we previously have done.

Great relaxing holiday

My family and I had a very relaxing stress free week here, the apartment was very luxurious, well furnished, very clean and comfortable. It was abundantly obvious at the outset that the owners had paid particular attention to the apartment’s presentation.

Having a young daughter the garden and terrace provided the ideal, safe playground for her. As well as a perfect place for my partner and I to relax.

A car would be recommended as the apartment is at the top of a hill, there is a small supermarket at the bottom of the hill along with a few restaurants. Calahonda is around a five minute drive away where there is a large amount of restaurants and bars that would suit all.

I would highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay and would like to thank the owners for making our holiday so enjoyable
