Beautiful granite cottage by the sea in central Marazion- <100m to beach
Two-bedroom, traditional 200-year old stone cottage by the sea, on Marazion high street, sleeps 4 (plus cot). Dogs welcome (dog-friendly beach less than 100m), allocated parking (250m), Wi-Fi, telephone for local calls. Small, crows nest patio. Cosy, heated cottage with modern conveniences, within short walking distance to pubs, galleries, shops and just 150m from the causeway to historic St Michael's Mount. All linen and towels provided (pls bring your own beach towels). Washing machine. Cot and high chair.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but the patio is not suitable for them: it is along a shared passageway and up steep steps and the neighbours are not keen on having dogs there. The dog-friendly beach is down the lane opposite so very handy.

About Peter and Sally Linton
Peter and Sally welcome you to Marazion (not in person, obviously, that might be creepy) and aim to provide you a relaxing, comfortable holiday home. We don't equip the house with cut-glass but there should be everything you need and we and encourage you to treat it as your own home: use everything you find in the cottage, from DVDs and books to beach buckets and don't worry if you break the odd glass.

A perfect little cottage, well maintained with every amenity you could want.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marazion. The surrounding areas were lovely and we were able to find several good places to eat out. There were only two slight problems, one was my 6ft 2ins son-in-law initially found the height of the cottage ceilings a bit dodgy but once he got used to keeping his head down it was fine. The other one was unloading the car on arrival and departure. We found it impossible to actually park, even briefly, immediately outside so this could be an issue if you've got a lot of luggage to unload. There was no problem, however, in parking in the car park that the cottage provides a permit for. These are very minor points and we would definitely recommend staying here. Peter was a very welcoming and helpful host.
Really lovely and near everything. Gored well for 3 of us and great wrk come with scones and cream.
Fabulous place and in the midst of Marazion. Easy to get to everything. Owners very approachable and allowed us to stay in property until lift arrived to go home.
Great little cottage, very comfy and peaceful
The cottage is bright, compact, warm and cosy on a spring evening when it gets a bit cooler. It's surprisingly peacefull to say it's on the main road that goes through Marazion (it is a tiny road). The decor is nice and well kept. We found the bed really comfortable and you even get a glimpse of the sea from the main bedroom!
Delightful cottage, attractive and peaceful
We loved our stay at Chy Lowenna, and hope to return soon. Everything we needed was provided, including a welcoming cream tea, and a 24/7 free parking pass for a nearby car park. Beautiful bedroom with a very comfortable bed.
The sea, and the beautiful St Michael's Mount are very close by - also a very handy delicious pasty shop! Marazion is a pretty little village with some interesting shops, though as we were there in January, some were closed for the winter. It's a short drive to Penzance for shopping.
Stunningly beautiful part of Cornwall.
Cute little cottage in the centre of Marazion, within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants but far enough away not to be disturbed.
Parking isn't on site but the parking isn't too far away and you feel smug knowing you've got somewhere!
Very welcoming to our dog Stan and a cream tea waiting on arrival was very welcome!
Bath is lovely and big and on demand hot water for the shower.
There is only a small crow's nest patio for al fresco times and this is reached via a shared, communal alley with two resident neighbours on either side and very steep steps so is not really suitable for less able guests or those wanting complete privacy.
Dogs need to be very well behaved as they cannot be left unattended outside and you need to take them out to do their business, you can't just put them out the door! The beach is a short distance away and it was lovely to be able to take early morning strolls whilst admiring St Michaels Mount.
I would highly recommend the cottage and it's a perfect base from which to explore the local area.
Lovely cottage and as described.
Nice and clean with comfortable beds and scones and fresh flowers on arrival. Well equipped kitchen.
Perfect location close to the shops and restaurants in Marazion as well as the beach and St Michaels Mount. All no more than a five minute walk.
50m to dog-friendly beach. 150m to large, golden family beach overlooking St Michael's Mount
Penzance Station 3 miles
Corner shop and pubs 50-100m
