About David and Stephanie Poole
Rose Cottage is a single family owned and managed property. We fell in love with the area when visiting with our young family in 1998 and have been visiting ever since. We purchased Rose cottage in 2003 and have completely renovated the cottage adding many new features. We visit frequently ourselves and find this a really useful way of experiencing the cottage as visitors. As a result we are always making small improvements to enrich any stay. Most recently we upgraded the WiFi to Hi-Speed Infinity by BT, adding BT Sport and TV service. We also feature the "bath pod" where you can soak away the cares of the day in a long bath tub listening to your favourite tunes.

Why David and Stephanie Poole chose Saint Agnes
St Agnes is a busy local community year round. Its a superb location for walking, or enjoying the many attractions of the county. St Ives, Padstow, Truro and Newquay are all a short drive away. However we also know that once you have arrived at Rose Cottage everything you need is within walking distance so you don't need to drive again unless you want to!
What makes this Cottage unique
Although in the centre of the town Rose Cottage is very private and secluded. The wooded garden and surrounding conservation area give it an idyllic setting.

We were so delighted when we walked into Rose Cottage after a very long drive, This is a charming cottage, oozing with character and finished to a very high standard. TV in the main bedroom, bath pod, Bluetooth speaker and even a great oven! St Agnes is a beautiful Cornish village with good amenities. We had a great week!! Thank you.
Lovely property in a lovely location with a warm welcome
An amazing house in a fab location. Walk to the beach, town, shops restaurants.... yet tucked away in a private woodland location. The house is extremely comfortable, very well decorated, and is probably the best equipped house we've stayed in. Great attention to detail. And the owners were very very helpful. Thanks!
Our 3rd booking at this delightful cottage, it never disappoints
We shared the love this year and invited our family and friends to enjoy St Agnes. The area was new to them and they were thrilled with the cottage and its location, so handy for beach, town, shops, restaurants etc., yet in such a quiet and beautiful location. It has the perfect balance. My great nephew (6 yrs) said it was the best holiday he'd ever had!
Rose Cottage was exactly as described.
An extremely well appointed 3 bed cottage with everything you would need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable, which it was. There are steps down but there is also a path which makes access easier. St Agnes itself was a revelation with plenty of shops for day to day, a fabulous bakers a short walk away and very friendly staff. For a small community there are plenty of cafes and restaurants all within walking distance, not to forget the local beach a 10 minute walk away. The owners were extremely helpful and we would not hesitate to return.
