One of 15 villas on the edge Souni a quiet village 15km west of Limassol. 45mins from Paphos airport and 75mins from Larnaca airport. Despite the peaceful location it is only 5mins drive from the islands main motorway. The villa has been built using local stone and wood to blend in with the beautiful rural setting. The local villages have a lot of British who have settled here and you will find the local shops and restaurants rely on these people for their custom, therefore you can get authentic Cypriot cuisine without paying tourist prices. That said, you can join the tourists on the beach or to explore the many archaeological sites, monasteries, wineries and delightful mountain villages which are only a short drive away. Only 20mins to downtown Limassol. When you have just spent the day chilling out by the pool you can then choose to prepare your own home cooked meal or barbecue and dine inside or outside with a glass of wine. Alternatively check out the local restaurants/tavernas.

first class villa
The villa lived up to the description, it was clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. It was obviously kitted out as a home, rather than just a rental property, and it made a great base for our holiday.
The pool, though not big, was a brilliant feature that, - while temperatures were still in the mid-thirties, - was an essential.
The area around the villa is, by Cypriot standards, very green, and there is a wonderful view out towards Episkopi.
We loved the place, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful location.
As we live there ourselves quite a lot of the year that is why we keep the villa so well equipped and we are grateful to have such a brilliant team of house keepers in our great friends Ed & Lily who make sure it always clean and well maintained prior to guests arrival.
We have just returned from a 3 week stay at Keith and Edith's lovely villa. For us, the location was perfect, set slightly back from the coast, but within a 10 minute drive to the beach. Lovely coastal views and lots of outdoor seating to really make the most of the outdoor living. The villa is very well equipped, everything you need is there and both Keith and Edith and Eddie and Lily are always available if you need anything. From booking onwards, Keith couldn't have been more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend a holiday here, it was sad leaving!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything was as described and nothing disappointed.
Dealing with the owners from start to finish was straightforward and any issues we had at the villa were rectified within minutes.

Das Haus war sehr schön und vollständig, insbesondere mit Haushalts- und Reinigungsutensilien ausgestattet. Die unterschiedlichen Terassen und Sitzecken, sowie der Pool ermöglichten einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort , Elly und Eddy, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Straße ins Troodos-Gebiet führt unmittelbar oberhalb des Hauses vorbei. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

A great villa, worth a visit.
We booked this Villa as a base for our family holiday. The owners were really helpful and friendly, answering questions that we had during the booking process.
The Villa was easy to locate using the information supplied by the owner.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Ed & Lily who manage the villa locally and had picked up some groceries for us which we paid them for directly (receipt supplied, no additional charges added for this service).
The Villa was exactly as described on the website, clean and very well equipped to meet the needs of all the family. I have rented similar properties in the area previously and have never found one as well equipped. Our Children really enjoyed the pool and the inflatables, as well as the well maintained gardens of the Villa.
The owner really had thought of everything to ensure that the Villa is like a home away from home. The Villa has an excellent selection of English TV, a BBQ, towels and sun loungers by the pool, a well equipped kitchen and so much more.
The owner also supplies a lot of useful information and recommendations about local places to visit to ensure that your stay in Cyprus starts well. I would recommend exploring too, we have been to Cyprus several times and seem to find hidden treasures every visit.
A car is essential due to the location. The development in Souni is perfectly placed for exploring the entire island within a couple of hours drive. The Troodos mountains are lovely and a visit to Omodos to sample some of the locally made wine is a must.
There are a couple of good beaches, a waterpark and archeological sites just a short drive away. Lenia's restaurant is excellent and just a few minutes away and there are a a few little supermarkets nearby in Episkopi and Erimi.
When we return to Cyprus, we will definitely stay here again.

Coast/Beach: 10 minute drive to Kourion Beach, with it's beautiful clean sand and crystal clear Mediterranean sea. Relax in the sun, swim in the sea or enjoy a fine meal or a snack in any of the 3 beach restaurants serving local and international cuisine. There are modern, clean showers, changing rooms and toilets available at the beach bars. There is also Lady's Mile Beach, just a few minutes further away on the Eastern side of the Akrotiri peninsula. Travel: Both Paphos 40km and Larnaca 60km airports are easily reached, just a few kilometres from either airport to the motorway and 7-8 kilometres from junction 34a off the A6 motorway to the villa. Whilst all amenities are only a short drive away car hire is essential due to the semi rural mountainous location. Drive on the left same as in UK. The villa is quite easy to find and directions will be be provided when booking is confirmed. Distances: Nearest bar/restaurant is Lenia's Taverna 10 mins walk (also has a mini market). Numerous bars, restaurants shops and supermarkets in local villages of Erimi, Episkopi and Kollosssi (10 mins drive). Limasol town centre and tourist area is 15/20 minutes drive. Mount Olympus the highest point on Cyprus is less than an hours drive and you can visit several beautiful villages on the way such as Omodos and Platres where you can experience the real Cyprus and visit sample some of the local wines. Further Details: Along the main Limasol tourist beach you will find jet skiing, fishing trips and other beach/sea activities. Fasouri water park set amongst the citrus groves is only a 20 min drive, deep sea fishing available from Limassol and Paphos, Kourion has a fantastic Roman amphitheatre with adjoining accient baths, grand halls and mosaics. There are numerous other ancient Roman sites throughout the island. Go-karting at Erimi only a 5 min drive away. Omodos is a particularly good example of traditional Cypriot life with it's numerous wineries, local lace and craft shops as well as the village church and the opportunity to enjoy the local food in the taverns and coffee shops. Jeep safari's are a great way to experience Cyprus via the unpaved roads that a normal car could not negotiate. A trip to Troodos mountains either by Jeep Safari or your hire car is highly recommended there are lots of interesting villages and sight seeing along the way. Visit Troodos village and the summit of Mount Olympus where you can walk the ski slopes carved out through the pine forests in the summer or ski in the winter. Onward to Kyykos Monastry and the tomb of Archbishop Makarious, from here there are breath taking views all the way to northern coast. Aphrodites Rock is 20 mins drive and the lovely beach restaurant at nearby Avdimou Bay. The local villages have lots of supermarkets selling UK branded products and baby foods and nappies. There are banks with cash points, attended petrol stations and several bars showing Formula One, Moto GP and Premership football. There will be an information pack for your convenience containing directions to shops, restaurants, places of interest and emergency phone numbers etc.
Rates & Availability
Booking Notes: A 25% deposit will be required at time of booking, with the remaining 75% to be paid 60 days before arrival, and a £200 security deposit which will be added to the rental price. Security deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure providing there have been no damages. Changeover Day: We can generally be flexible on arrival and departure times. We can arrange to have shopping got in before your arrival, you just need to send us a shopping list a few days before arrival and then pay our house keeper on arrival. Notes on prices: Prices are shown in sterling and are for a 1 week stay. For a 2 week stay a 10% discount applies only in relation to the 2nd week. Stays of 3 weeks or more will attract a 20% discount on the 3rd and subsequent weeks. To clarify if week 1 is £700 then 2 weeks would be 700+630 = £1330 and 3 weeks would be 1330+560 = £1890. These figures are only examples, please see rates section for correct weekly prices. Discounts do not apply to part weeks.
