Villa Bonita's Apartment is situated within a small development close to Benitachell, and within a short drive to Moraira and Javea where there are numerous beaches restaurants and bars. There are golf courses at Javea approx 2km and at La Sella Denia approx 15km from property. There are facilities at Moraira for scuba diving and jet safari that visits the caves on Javea coast. Outside there is a large terrace with private swimming pool. (The pool and terrace are for guests exclusive use and not shared)

We live upstairs above the apartment, so are on hand should you need anything.

We have our own private garden so both terrace and swimming pool are for exclusive use for guests within the apartment.

Having fallen in love with the area, and been holiday visitors to the area for over 10 years, we finally decided to purchase Villa Bonita in 2013.

What makes this apartment unique

The area is quiet with spectacular scenery and views from the Villa, but also close to Moraira's beaches and restaurants making it the ideal location.

Clean apartment and good sized pool

Arrival instructions were easy to follow and we were met by Jim on arrival. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Lots of outside room with a good sized pool. You do need a car to explore the area.

Fantastic holiday great place to stay

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant Jim after following his excellent directions to the villa from the airport. The villa was as described with all home comforts. It was spotlessly clean and tidy. Good sized pool and outside area made for an enjoyable and sunny stay. Jim was on hand if we needed anything but gave us total privacy throughout the holiday.

The villa was conveniently located to both Moraira and Javea, although we would say a car is a necessity to get out and about. The short drive in to Moraira is easy and pleasant.

W would not hesitate to return or recommend the villa and Jim to anyone.

Great stay

We stayed here as a family of four and had a great time. We know the area quite well and this property is well placed to explore the area, being equidistant from Javea and Moraira/El Portet.

The property's main strength is its outside space - the pool is lovely and a really good size and the area around it is clean and well maintained. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for four too. The inside is quite small but perfectly adequate for a holiday stay and is also clean and well maintained. The air con is on a meter but don't let that put you off as we spent about 30 euros and it was well in the 30s every day so we used it a lot and ran both bedroom units all night.

The only thing we would have liked is a freezer - a freezer compartment in the fridge would have done. We found this odd in a hot country were some ice for drinks and ice creams is the norm.

Fantastic Holiday

On arrival met by Jim the owner who was friendly and welcoming. The villa was spotlessly clean along with the pool and patio area. Towels and welcome pack were a bonus and most helpful. The area was lovely and the town itself had numerous restaurants which served delicious and value for money dishes. Definitely recommend this villa as a relaxing and comfortable holiday. Looking forward to booking again next year.

All round Five Star Apartment

Pleasently surprised how everything was perfect with the appartment. Met by Jim the owner who was very helpfull and showed us around the appartment and its brilliant facilities, pool, wifi,sky tv, something for everyone, Very peacefull area and relaxing. This area of Spain is very lovely and would return and recommend to friends

Perfect Location

Lovely apartment/villa in quiet hillside location, perfect for Moraira and Javea. As description, very clean and well maintained, excellant pool and terraced area.

As air conditioning is pay to use, ceiling fans particularly in bedrooms would make it 5 star. Would recommend to friends and family.

The nearest airport is Alicante 90km away which is just over an hours drive. Valencia airport is 105km away and about 70 minutes drive. Car rental is highly recommended for your stay.

Further Details:

Benitachell village is only a 10 minute walk away, and is traditional Spanish. They have many fiestas though the year including the Moors and Christians. The spectacular firework displays are best seen from the apartment. In Moraira there is an air conditioned indoor bowling alley which is great fun too.

There is a large shopping centre at Ondarra, 20 minutes by car, with a multi screen, multi language cinema, shops and restaurants. There is also a cinema in Javea showing English language films on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Whether you are golfing, bowling, walking, house hunting or just sunbathing Villa Bonita will suit all your needs.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before holiday start date. We also request a £100 key/breakage security deposit, returned 14 days after your departure providing no damage or breakages and safe return of the keys.

Bookings are for a minimum of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. The apartment is available from 2pm on arrival day, and guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. Please enquire if other arrangements are required.
