The property is on the border of Martletwy, outside the market town of Narberth. Close to Oakwood and Bluestone and an easy drive to beaches, castles and great walks. The property is private but not remote. Shopping towns of Carmarthen and Haverfordwest close by. Ferry crossings at Fishguard and Pembroke Dock. Marina and oil port at Milford haven 20 mins. Excellent cycle and walking routes. The area is well situated for a relaxing break or an action filled adventure.

The area is surrounded by fields and trees. It is private but not remote. Easy access to all the beaches and local attractions. You will need transport, but road links are good. The area is peaceful and quiet, not overlooked by other dwellings. Its a tranquil haven.

A great place to stay, highly recommend

The property was very clean and tidy . Everything you could want , a proper home from home . It was light and airy . We controlled our own heating , there was plenty of hot water . One of the best places I have stayed in . Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. It was central to everything in Pembrokeshire, a great spot , peace and quiet , feel like I had a holiday .

Excellent Accomadation

We had a weekend break here and liked it so much we booked another night(luckily Joanne had a free night).The garage conversion certainly was a home away from home, spotlessly clean, all the gadgets and very cosy.Joanne the owner was warm and friendly and made our dog very welcome. Charlie our 8 y o son loved the garden and played footie on the big lawn.

This area is outstanding and a good central location for visiting all the attractions if that is your thing. Otherwise get in supplies and just relax in this peaceful, beautiful setting.There is a pub and a network of walks nearby too!!

We would highly recommend a visit and hope to return later this year.

Thankyou Joanne for a lovely weekend one of our best in a long time.

Excellent accommodation

From our first enquiry to book Joanne could not of been more helpful. As the accommodation was free before our visit she was happy to arrive when we wanted. The accommodation was perfect for use, clean and very comfortable and ideal for our two big dogs. The dogs were given free access to the grounds. Joanne was extremely friendly and helpful, thanks for a lovely few days 😀

Comfortable, spacious, clean property.

A rural property, ideal for exploring coastline and countryside. The property, set in large gardens, was comfortable, spacious and clean. It had everything that we needed, a real home from home. The owner, Joanne, was helpful and approachable. I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely place for a break

The cottage and gardens are lovely. We were greeted by Joanne and she couldn't do enough for us. We actually had five dogs (by prior agreement) with us and we're able to walk the dogs in the ajoining fields. The actual cottage was very tastefully decorated without being overdone, comfortable and totally spotless.

We had a lovely week, the beaches in Pembrokeshire are fantastic and the countryside picturesque. We have already started making plans to go back to stay with Joanne next year.
