Minimum 3 nights stay Outside: Windmill Hill is a low rise complex, consisting of 91 units. Set in landscaped gardens the swimming pool with children's section is positioned alongside the restored windmill and overlooks the old town and the coast. A snack bar is available during the summer months. Utility Room: Washing machine in master bathroom. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service several times per week. Linen and towels provided. Guests will be required to bring their own pool/beach towels. Other: Large terrace on upper level. The terrace has magnificent views of the pool, Albufeira Old Town and coastline. Outdoor dining table with 5 chairs Freestanding charcoal BBQ.

Fantastic Location
This property being located in the middle of the Algarve makes it easy to travel and explore the entire Algarve region. The property is well looked after and is great value. The bathrooms are starting to show their age and could be upgraded, but would still recommend to family and friends.
Fabulous apartment with the best sea view
Absolutely 5* accommodation!!! Communication from the start was excellent and receiving a quality welcome pack was a bonus! The balcony was huge, and the view over looking Old Town and the sea was spectacular! Very spacious apartment, all home comforts and more. Would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return again.

Lovely, well equipped apartment with great views. The roof terrace was a highlight. Easy walk downhill to town centre. There was a good supermarket nearby too.

Very nice apartment... but wasnt cleaned
Perfect apartment, good location but cleaners didn't arrive until morning after arrival so were left with unmade beds (previous occupants hairs & all), dirty towels and a big pile of rubbish in the kitchen.. then cleaners insisted on cleaning while we tried to sleep...a real shame because the apartment was very nice and good value

Windmill Hill is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and within easy reach of many other magnificent beaches, including Sao Rafael and Gale.
Travel:
Fly to Faro Airport which is accessible through a number of budget airlines from the UK. The apartment is situated to the west of Albufeira just above the old town. Taxis from the airport will cost approx 45 Euro. Car hire, though not essential, is readily available.
Distances:
Windmill Hill is an 8 to 10 mins walk to the old town of Albufeira and a short distance to the new marina. A short taxi ride takes you to the vibrant strip area and the Algarve shopping complex. Albufeira is one of the Algarve's most popular resorts but retains its distinctive Portuguese character. The historic town is particularly pretty with its narrow cobbled streets lined with whitewashed houses, restaurants and shops. The central square is a good place to sit and watch the world go by.

The Algarve is famous for its excellent year round climate, sandy beaches and outstanding golf courses. In addition, there are aqua parks, Zoomarine and other play parks. There is a supermarket within a short walk of the complex. There is an abundance of restaurants serving both local and international cuisine.
