The new home with new furniture and equipment is ideally situated close to beautiful beaches, picturesque rivers and lakes, and shopping areas with everything you need. Aqualand is 15 minutes away and lovely small Provençal villages and larger famous towns are all with easy reach. The villa is near the coast in between Cannes and St Tropez. The Roman town of Frejus is 15 minutes drive and the traditional village of Roquebrune Sur Argens is 5 minutes away. Saint Aygulf is famous for its long stretch of safe, sandy beach where all manner of beach activity can be found. Saint Raphael and Frejus promenades are 15 minutes away and during the summer there is a very popular lively market every night. Many restaurants are available overlooking the sea with prices to suit all pockets and occasions. The market down the road in Saint Aygulf is lively and local produce and the occasional gift bargain can be found. There are many other markets within 20 minutes drive. A child centred equestrian centre is next to the golf course entrance.
The villa sits on the domaine which has mainly French residents, but with a large number of the properties being used for holiday homes by various nationalities. Children can play outside with the large automated iron gates ensuring safety for them. The communal pool is new and is suitable for swimming lengths or for general leisure. There is a lifeguard during July and August. The domaine has views of the Estoril mountains to the east and close by are the hills leading up to the golf course. The small lake behind the home attracts much wild life including a resident Kingfisher,heron, ducks and their families, and if you are quick enough you can see a large carp jumping in the water. The raised patio at the foot of the garden is an ideal spot to watch the wildlife and the golfers teeing off on the 14th tee.
The villa is ideal for a family or perhaps two families with a maximum capacity of 6 people. The 27 foot by 13 foot master bedroom has stunning views onto the golf course. The super king size bed provides comfort and the room is bright and airy with a shower room en suite. The second king-size bedroom upstairs faces north and has lovely views out to the Esterel mountain range. The bathroom has a basin, bath with the shower over it and a separate toilet is also upstairs. Downstairs the living space is open plan, with a comfortable lounge area, dining area and modern kitchen. The third bedroom is downstairs which has two single beds, but this can be made into a further double. There is a downstairs toilet.
The beautiful garden has numerous relaxing and sunbathing areas where the sun can be found all day. There are sun loungers, a day bed, a dining table which seats six and a raised patio where you can watch the wildlife, golfers, or just bask in the sun with your music or a glass of wine.
