Apartment over two floors, in Whitby, North Yorkshire Moors, - Peaceful Backwater Location, 10 Minutes Walk To The Beach, 2 Minutes Walk To Shops And Restaurant

Second and third floor maisonette with private entrance ( above our other lovely maisonette - see owners direct: code number 1870014). Our apartment sleeps 4 adults: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. It has a well equipped family kitchen with dining area, separate lounge with two large settees and Abbey View, family bathroom with wash hand basin, wc, bath and shower over, also with a separate WC. Spacious hallway for storage of bags, bikes etc. Car park within 20 yards at a cost of £6 per day. 100yds from main shopping streets and restaurants and 500 yards from Westcliffe and beach approach. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. We are happy to accommodate 1 small dog. Our property is comprehensively alarmed for smoke and carbon monoxide.

We are Jenny and Lee Rogers. We have always loved Whitby and so decided to buy our own place there. We spend about 6 weeks to 8 weeks per year in the property and provide you with the opportunity to share it the remaining times.

Why Jenny Rogers chose Whitby

We bought this apartment because we loved its location and the spectacular views it offers over the valley to the Abbey and Harbour. Silver Street is rapidly obtaining its own identity as a shopping street with craft shops, fish and chip shop, cheese shop, bistro, etc.

We hope you love it as much as we do.

What makes this apartment unique

The views are spectacular and the location is perfect to explore all aspects of the town. The car park 20 yards away can be a blessing when there are no spare spaces to be found on the roads.

Wonderful flat, great location

We loved our stay in Whitby, the flat is cosy and comfortable. The view from the bedroom is spectacular and the location was perfect (we have a small baby so wanted to be walking distance from the main town).

Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic

We have just returned from a fabulous long weekend in Whitby. The property is in a great location & is very well equipped with everything you could need, making it really homely. It's on a very quiet side street yet only a few minutes walk from the centre of Whitby. The views from the master bedroom of the sea & the Abbey are spectacular!! From start to finish it has been a seamless process with great communication from Jenny, the owner. Would not hesitate to book again, thank you!

Great location, lovely property, clean and homely, nice decor/ touches, friendly owner

Love Whitby, been coming for years. Everyone so friendly and very dog friendly. Some lovely bars/ eating places/ shops. Dog loves the beach walk to Sandsend.(and the old railway track !!)

Our property was in a great central location, very comfortable with everything we needed. Fantastic view from bedroom. The owner is really friendly and easy to contact. Definitely be back

The property would need to be vacated by 10:00 and would be available from 15:00. Off-peak short breaks could be flexible-please ask.

We allow ONE dog for which a charge of £20 will be added to the rental to cover additional cleaning charges.
