Villa in Puerto Banus, Marbella, Costa Del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Location, 2 Minutes Walk To The Beach

This modern 3 bedroom villa is located in the private, gated complex of Bahia de Banus, 2 minutes walk from Mistral Beach and the Guadalpin Hotel Puerto Banus. The Bahia de Banus villa has a very modern, open and cool feel but yet is still inviting. Perhaps due to the wonderfully large, dark framed windows that draw you in. The dining area, by the open staircase, is an example with an inviting view of the pool. Flowing through to the left is the kitchen area, with a kitchen bar top for breakfast etc and then the spacious living room that opens onto the garden/pool. The master bedroom is also located downstairs with outside access. It also has quite a dramatic en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. They both have double beds and both are en-suite, 1 with a Jacuzzi. 1 of the bedrooms has a small balcony access whilst the other a huge window that looks over the stairs/dining area and out through the stairway windows. Also upstairs is a cosy little TV area.

We are a family of five two adults and three children living in Sweden. We fell in love with Bahia Banus because the closeness to the beach and the beautiful surroundings. The Malaga area has really nice warm climate and a beautiful nature. Close to a lot of nice golf courses and picturesque villages and not far from skiing.

Outside: The private garden has out door dining with optional shade, 4 sun beds, gas BBQ and of course the wonderful private pool. There is also access from the private garden to the community gardens of Bahia de Banus and the 2 pools. Utility Room: Dryer and washing machine. Iron and iron board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. There are also beach towels and 4 portable sun chairs to bring to the beach. Other: The private garden has out door dining with optional shade, 4 sun beds, gas BBQ and the wonderful private pool. There is also access from the private garden to the community gardens of Bahia de Banus and the 2 common pools and a jaccuzzi. Two extra beds.

Excellant villa in great location!!!

Just returned from this villa for 3 weeks and have to say we had an amazing time! The villa itself is decorated very tasteful and modern! Also love it has private pool and you can also use communal pool! You would struggle to get any better location as its 5-10 min sea front walk from Banus! The owners were very helpful and always on hand. had a couple of small issues and Becky had them fixed straight away! Highly recommend this villa and will definitely consider rebooking!

We have stayed in many villas over the past 40 years. This has been by far the best ever! We have visited every continent and every part of Europe.Never before have we enjoyed a holiday so much.This house has it all!Pool,living area, bedrooms to die for!Not one single complaint.I am reluctant to give any more praise as it will raise the price!We want to go back again and again.
