A lovely two bedroom apartment in a sought after location within the Marina in Ocean Village. Situated on the forth floor it can be easily accessed by lift or stairs. The property has 2 bedrooms, secure underground parking, concierge and on call duty manager. It is full furnished and equipped to a high standard: microwave, flat screen TV, WiFi and double glazed throughout. The bedrooms are spacious with the main bedroom benefiting from fully fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, cinemas, West Quay shopping centre, Southampton train station, Red Jet and Ferry.

Excellent location in the heart of Southampton
Great location and good for security.
Building maintenance for 25 apartments is not really supporting the occupants, flickering faulty Reception lights is the norm. 2 week stay nothing changed.
Zero Air flow in the apartment.
Really clean and lovely apartment
Stayed here for 12 days and have to say the apartment was really clean, nice location. We both thought it was a very comfy and relaxing apartment
Disappointing Stay in a smelly apartment
Great comms from the host however contacted whist enroute to be advised apartment promised (with view) was not available as previous occupier had been cooking curry, other apartment provided in same block. Given property above main car park entrance, overlooking car park - not the harbor views promised ;o(
Upon attending, 24hr concierge sent us to the wrong block! We spent 20 mins parking & attempting to enter others property (not great)
Upon entering property, heavy smell of old stale smoke. We worked out this came from an old leather sofa in main living area. The sofa smelt so bad, my wife refused to sit on it (it did stink) - making it uneasy to relax at property.
No working TV (although issue with estate aerial, no fault of hosts).
Very hot apartment. Air both inside the property & common areas smells old & very stale.
Hot water kept running out, water could only be turned on by 1hr booster switch.
Sadly a disappointing stay, far from the promises listed. Would not rush back to book ;o(

Really comfortable place to stay
Well stocked kitchen in a we'll populated area near to things - my only negative would be that it is a two bedroom apartment for 4 people and only has one two person love seat in the living room for people to sit on. The kitchen was very well stocked and there is a restaurant and a grocery store within the same parking lot so you can walk to them -would definitely recommend this place.
We stayed for two nights and the apartment was great. Very clean and the linen and towels were good quality. It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and a good nights rest. Location was great too - 15 minute walk into the centre. Another plus was the secure parking all included in the fee. We would definitely stay again if we visit Southampton..
Special interest holidays: There are numerous water based activities within walking distance. Isle of Wight is a 20 minute ferry ride away. Southampton football stadium is a 10 minute walk away. Hampshire Cricket Ground is a 15 minute drive. The New Forest with its equestrian, trekking and rambling facilities is a 15 minute drive. Booking Notes: A standard non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rate is taken at the time of booking. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to your visit. Car parking is for one vehicle but additional parking is available nearby. The apartment is available from 2pm on the first day of booking until 10 am on the day of departure. Weekend and daily rates are available on request. A £50 returnable breakages deposit is required. Changeover Day: Flexible by arrangement
