About Ann Donovan

We are Howard and Ann Donovan and moved to South Zeal in 2011 with our two boys. We live in a property adjoining The Moors House and if you need anything during your stay we are happy to help to ensure that you have the best stay possible.

Ann Donovan purchased this house in 2011

Why Ann Donovan chose West Devon

The Moors House is ideally located in the centre of Devon, this makes it easy to have day trips to the beaches, Cornwall or shopping trips into Exeter. The house is 5minutes from the A30 in a stunning location where we have views across Dartmoor and up to Exmoor – on a clear day!

When we first moved here it was the quiet at night that surprised us along with the fantastic night skies – no light pollution!

Very Pleasant

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely stay in this house and would go back again. The house was very clean with good bed linen and nice quality towels. The bathrooms were all nice and fresh and clean as was the decor throughout.

Nice dark curtains are always a plus and we had these too!!!

The house was big yet cosy and relaxing. TV in upstairs bedroom is something we appreciate and were glad this was provided.

We found the owners very sweet kind and helpful - they went out of their way to sort out a problem we had (not their fault)

We would go back in a flash and indeed may do !
