Outside: The wonderful mature flowered garden with palm, olive, figue, orange... trees invites you for a walk. There is a place to relax and enjoy for everybody on the 4 terraces, the garden or the lawn around the pool. One gaz and one charcoal BBQ offer outside cooking facilities. Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board

Excellent Property

Great villa for our two families of 5. Bedroom configuration worked for us giving older children a bit more space and independence on the ground floor.

Probably the best equipped property we have come across in terms of crockery/cutlery and utensils. Good gas BBQ outside and especially liked the second fridge. Games room was a nice bonus although it was 32-38C when we were there so we were melting after a few rounds of table tennis.

We did not hire a car and the supermarket and beach were both within walking distance. The trek back from the shop with heavy bags may be a bit too much for some.

Only two issues we had was that there is no air con, although fans are supplied in all bedrooms and that there is not a great deal of space around the pool for 10 people although there is balcony space on the first and second floors.

Whilst there are not a huge selection of restaurants within walking distance, we really enjoyed eating out at La Triana on the beach and The Village BBQ, which also did takeaway pizzas.

All in all an impressive villa and certainly one we would look to return to.

Wunderbarer Herbsturlaub

Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit der Familie (6 Erwachsene und 4 kleine Kinder) in dem Ferienhaus. Da wir herrliches Wetter hatten, benutzten wir die Außenanlagen (Swimmingpool, Sitzgelegenheiten) ausgiebig. Das Haus entsprach in jeder Hinsicht den Beschreibungen und Erwartungen. Die vielen Badezimmer, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, der große Swimmingpool, die vorhandenen "Essecken" und der Tischtennisraum ließen entspanntes Wohnen zu. Lediglich der Wasserdruck war beim Duschen in den oberen Stockwerken zu bemängeln. Insgesamt ist das Haus aber eine Top-Empfehlung.

Strand! Ruhe! Luxus!

Die geräumige Villa in dem ruhigen Wohnviertel Marbesa ist ideal ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind gross, schön möbliert, die Küche sowie die Ess- und Wohnzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen - man erkennt den deutschen Architekten.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer von den Terrassen und aus dem gepflegten Garten ist wunderschön.

Der Gasgrill hat uns erlaubt abends draussen zu kochen und zu essen - im Dezember!

Der endlose Sand-Strand mit einigen kleinen typischen Restaurants ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt mit eigener Bäckerei ist zu Fuss zu erreichen

Die Lage zwischen dem Flughafen Malaga und Marbella ist ideal - keine Autobahngebühren , kurze Anfahrtzeiten, gute Busverbindungen.

Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Bett- u Badwäsche einwandfrei, die Betreuung sehr gut.

Die Anzeige weicht in keinem Punkt von der Wirklichkeit ab - sie untertreibt.

Wir haben dort eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und haben für den Sommer zwei Wochen im August gebucht.

The sandy beach is quiet, as it is visited mainly by local guests. There are 3 beach restaurants within a short walk, the famous marina of Cabo Pino with its restaurants, bars and shops is at only 15 minutes walk along the beach.


The toll free motorway brings you in less than 30 minutes from the Malaga airport to the villa. The gate and garage doors open and close automatically by remote control.

No need to leave your car along the street - there are two garages and two outside parking spots on the property.


Marbella down-town and Marbella beach promenade are at 12 km, 10 minutes by car

To walk to the beach there is no road crossing required.

There are shops and beach restaurants in walking distance.
