Set up for large families with lots to do for children at the house.

A lovely, fully renovated 6 bedroom farm house in Percy, Normandy. The property is fully detached and is split over three floors.The house has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bedrooms each with 2 single , zip and lock beds, which can be joined to make 3 further double beds – so it easily sleeps 12 with several configurations.

It has a paddock, an orchard and a large garden with the nearest neighbours being the local farmers cows!

All bedrooms are of a good size, with two family bathrooms and an en-suite shower room in the master bedroom and a downstairs WC.

A more peaceful and relaxing location will be hard to find!

Why Darren Webb chose Percy

As we have a large family (three children, 4 grand children) we are fully aware of the requirements when looking for a property/holiday location.

With this in mind we have made sure there is plenty for children of all ages to do and all is included in the cost. There is a large garden to the front of the property with a large climbing frame, a trampoline and a large selection of bikes (mountain bikes, BMX bikes and bikes for younger children).

There is also a games room with a full size table tennis table, table football and a dart board.

To the rear of the property is a paddock which has been set up as a small football pitch and an orchard.

In the house are a selection of children's toys, board games, books and a playstation as well as the inevitable wifi connectivity at the house.

And all of that is before you leave the house; if you do there are beaches, towns, sight seeing, churches, D-Day museum, bungee jumping, zip wires, golf, fishing, walking
