Very good spot to explore London from.

  • 5 of 5

Details of the furnished Cottage are just wonderful. It was a lovely home for us during our time in London and a good home to come back to after a busy day in London. It has a great walking area for the dog just around the corner. Shopping and eating facilities are in walking distance as well as the bus stop, just over the street. The Red Lion is nice place to have a beer and some pub food, and just a few steps and you can go to bed. I can highly recommend this place to all London visitors.

A great base for our trip to London with our grown-up sons and the dog. We were greeted by Doug, who was very friendly and welcoming. The cottage is well-situated and homely - spotlessly clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The potted hyacinths were a lovely touch. Our boys are all over 6 foot tall and fitted into the amazing bunks easily. The wifi is good but the pool table actually got them off their screens for a while! There's lots of amenities in the local area and it's easy to get into Central London. All in all, a very positive experience. Thanks!

Lovely cottage - highly recommended

  • 4 of 5

Had a lovely stay in this cottage (family of 6). Lovely comfy beds, good wifi. About 3 miles into Greenwich so it was good that we had our car.

Highly recommend the local Indian (The Jasmine) - not much to look at from outside but very nice food and friendly service.

Also recommend the fox under the hill for reasonably priced family food (within walking distance).

I would definitely recommend this property to a family wanting to stay out of the centre of London.

Myself, my daughter, my grandaughter, my greatgrandson(10) and great grandaughter (5months old) have just stayed at this gorgeous cottage. Debbie and Doug, have thought of everything, We were greeted by Debbie, who was extremely friendly and helpful as was Doug. The lovely touches, such as beautiful fresh flowers in all rooms a welcome pack which included a bottle of wine, just some of the lovely touches! We would definately stay again. It does take time to get into London, but we used the boat on most occasions which was great and much enjoyed by all. buses and trains are no great hardship either. there is all the leaflets you could need plus several guide books.

Great !

  • 5 of 5

We spent 4 very pleasant days in this attractive cottage of Greenwich, spacious, nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Debbie and Doug, the owners, are very nice and helpful. If the route up to the center of London (aproximatly 50 minutes with well served public transports) doesn 't bother you, it's the ideal place !
