About Michelle Hallahan
We purchased this beautiful apartment in August 2013 having immediately fallen in love with it. We wanted something special close to the beach with stunning views and feel that we have the perfect property to offer to our customers to run as our holiday let. We think the apartment is in an excellent location and the perfect choice for a holiday by the sea. We do not live locally but we do have someone who looks after the apartment for us and so would be on hand if any difficulties or problems arise.

Why Michelle Hallahan chose Looe
I hadn’t been back to Looe since I was a teenager (many years ago). I loved it back then and still do today. Its a lovely place and somewhere that you can relax and unwind. Looe is somewhere we felt we could retire to in future years and absolutely love it here.
What makes this Apartment unique
The apartment is in the perfect location, right on the beach yet within a stroll to everything you could want. The apartment is very spacious and there are lovely big windows to the front of the building giving lots of natural light and spectacular views. The kitchen is really big with a table and chairs so you can eat as a family when not dining out.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in Looe which was helped by the weather being absolutely gorgeous. The property was very clean, tidy and well equipped with an amazing view.
Beautiful views from a lovely apartment.
The views over the bay are fantastic and worth every step on the way up to the front door. The apartment is just what you would expect for a well furnished, smart holiday rental, with a warm homely feel about it.
If you like waking to the gentle sound of waves breaking on the beach, the occasional seagull calling, then you will love your stay here. Not a car or ambulance siren to be heard (yes I live on a busy road), it was bliss.
We (my partner, daughter & I) decided to spend all our time in Looe, so the car was parked on arrival and didn't turn a wheel all week. This is the opposite to how we usually spend our holidays, even when abroad we hire a car and cover 1000's km's. We relaxed, went for walks (each one included at least one pub), enjoyed every type of food you could imagine, from the not so humble pasty thought Mexican, Italian and Thai, not to forget the fish and chips that always taste best buy the sea.
I nearly forgot relaxing on the beach, cleaned every morning with a tractor to remove seaweed etc. the gin clear water was a little chilly, but there were plenty of boats to look at as they left/returned the safety of the harbour. We took a glass bottom boat trip to Polperro one day, setting off about 10:00 and returning at 15:00, this time was tide dependant, (£18 p/p) with a couple of hours to explore Polperro, again we loved every bit of the trip.
Not sure when we will return, but this one is definitely one to do again.
What a lovely post, it sounds as if you had a lovely holiday. I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay in our apartment and hope to see you again in the future.
A very special place !
We have recently returned from our 6th (or is it 7th !?) holiday in 2,Admiralty Court aka 'Water's Edge' and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Looe ! It is so very clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped...and has THE best views from the three balconies. You soon get used to the stairs and, even though we are in our (very late!) 60's, don't find them too taxing. We are so grateful that Michelle and Will have continued the apartment as a holiday let since taking ownership a few years ago (long may that continue!) and making it even more special with refurbishment and little touches which make it so homely. Can't wait to return !
What a lovely review. Thank you both for this. You are amazing guests and friends now that we have known you for so long. You always leave the apartment very clean and tidy and you are a pleasure to speak to. I am honoured that you come back and hope this continues. All the very best to you both and hopefully speak to you very soon.
