This contemporary barn conversion nestles in the corner of Hurdlow Grange and has the feel of a cosy Derbyshire cottage. You enter the accommodation into the open plan kitchen dining and lounge area with leather sofas, granite worktops, oak flooring, original exposed stone wall and large glazed windows taking in views of the central courtyard. Off the hall is the ground floor bedroom, with two single beds (these can be linked together as a double on request) and adjoining walk in shower room (being suitable for anyone requiring ground floor accommodation). On the first floor there is a double bedroom with cottage style sloping ceilings along with a small en suite bathroom with hand basin and toilet. The large bedroom is very spacious and accommodates twin beds (this can be made into a double on request) and an en suit e bathroom with bath, shower above, hand basin and toilet. There is a patio area for sitting out to the front (for the morning sun) with BBQ facilities
Hurdlow Grange is a group of luxury farmhouses and barns that can sleep any combination of people between 4 and 43. Ideal for groups that need flexible options. The properties have been converted to an exceptional standard mixing contemporary style with traditional buildings and features. All located around a central courtyard they have been designed to be equally good for small groups taking over one or two of the properties or a big party enjoying all the properties exclusively. For large groups both Cruck'd Barn and Bats Belfry have huge open plan dining/living areas that everyone can dine and socialise in. There is a Games room on site.
These prices are a guideline only (we only state low season on this site) and we really encourage you to email with your group size and the type of event you are planning to enable us to send an up to date quote. We also have a range of properties on our peak venues website so if this one is not available we may be able to offer a great alternative.
Our weekend prices in the busy season are for a 3 night stays from 3pm Friday to 10am Monday. We offer a set weekend price to give you the added flexibility of being able to relax and enjoy the property until as late as you like on the Sunday, even if you don't actually stay overnight till Monday morning.
Shorter mid week stays of 1 or 2 nights can be negotiated by arrangement. Payment can be made by card or BACS transfer.
25% deposit due within 5 days of booking
Final balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival
If booking made within 10 weeks of arrival date, full balance due on booking
£100 - £200 refundable damage deposit depending on the property booked
