The beach, the charming old town of Marina di Campo, dates back to the Middle Ages, with elegant shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. Part of Marina di Campo are also the most beautiful beaches of the island, all of fine sand, a shallow, turquoise sea like the Cavoli beach that is only 4 km from Casa Olimpia, the Seccheto Beach (5 km) and the exclusive Fetovaia beach (8 km), reachable by car or by public transport linking the various places on the island.
Directly behind the Gulf of Marina di Campo begins another gulf, that of Lacona which boasts the longest sandy beach on the Island of Elba. This is also ideal for families.
In addition to beautiful beaches it is worth discovering the places of Elba not only along the coast, but also inland.
