Kitchen: A modern fitted kitchen equipped with an electric double oven, gas hob with extractor over, dishwasher, microwave and fridge /freezer. A shared laundry facility is available outside the cottage. Oak shutters are fitted to the windows.

Dining Room: With pamment flooring, a large feature fireplace with wood burning stove. A table seats 8 comfortably. Beautiful oak shutters are fitted to the road side windows.

Cloakroom: A useful ground floor w.c. with hand basin

Sitting Room 1: A cosy room with comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove, TV with DVD player and music system. French door open onto the small courtyard garden.

Sitting Room 2: A cosy snug with the original bread oven, comfy sofa and chairs and a TV with DVD player.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double cast iron bedstead, feature fireplace, wardrobe and drawers and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom 1: An en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom with a bath with shower over, w.c. and hand basin.

Half Moon Inn is a former 16th Century Inn and bakehouse situated just off the centre of Aylsham. The owners have beautifully restored and renovated the property retaining many original features including the bread oven and many feature beams throughout. Attention to detail is evident through the whole of the property with good furnishings and fittings stylishly blending new with old to give a country cottage feel. The whole building is very spacious with plenty of room for 6 people. It is an ideal place for a week or a weekend break and perfectly situated for the coast, country side or the broads all within easy reach. Blickling Hall is just a few minutes drive away. The property can be rented in conjunction with Harvest Moon and Moonbeam to give a total of 12/14. Short breaks are available throughout the summer too.
