Sitting/Dining room: With comfortable sofas and open fire. A dining table extends to seat 6. TV with DVD. A sofa bed is available for an extra guest if required. This room is not large and 6 adults may find the room a bit of a squeeze.
Kitchen: Small galley kitchen equipped with: electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garden shed.
Bedroom 1: A double room with space for a cot, built in wardrobe and bedside tables.
Bedroom 2: A small twin room
Bathroom: Family bathroom with shower over the bath, w.c. and basin.
Bedroom 3: Large attic bedroom with 2 single beds.
W.C: with basin.
The small enclosed rear garden has a BBQ and a shed with a washing machine and tumble dryer and there is garden seating to enjoy the afternoon sun and pretty wooden planters.

There is no parking at the property. You may stop in the High St. to unload but please do not use the private drive adjacent to the property. A weekly permit may be obtained from the tourist information centre to park in either the Staithe Street or Freeman Street public car parks (and most other pay and display parks in North Norfolk) or you may park on road further up the high street at Church Plain or a short walk away on The Buttlands where available as it can get very busy here.
