We have been coming here for a long time in summer,as its easy access to the sea and beaches and in winter times you can enjoy the many restaurants you'll find and lovely coffeeshops.

What makes this apartment unique

When staying in our property ,you can benefit from our lovely front balcony with side seaviews whilst have a drink,or enjoying our spacious living room with family or friends.Our building is installed with a cctv camera and electrical front gate so its very safe and not accessible to other people outside the apartements.

Amazing stay in Bugibba!

This was a new, very large, clean condo that could easily accommodate six people and a baby or toddler. It was modern, nicely furnished and very comfortable, with lots of storage. Bugibba Square was a few minutes walk away with multiple shops and places to eat. The walk along the bay was very picturesque. Busing from one of the nearby stops, or a ten minute walk to the transit station made it easy to navigate around the entire island. The airport transfers with Edward were a breeze. Edward even showed up at 5:00 in the morning on our departure day.

Stunning apartment!

I stayed with a friend for 5 nights, when visiting Malta to do the marathon. We were picked up from the airport by Edward, who was really helpful and friendly. he also picked us up at 7:30am on the morning of the race, which was very much appreciated! The apartment is beautiful! Extremely spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need. It is also in a really convenient position for restaurants and bars and the fantastic Maltese public transport! We really enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend it as fantastic value! Thank you for a brilliant holiday!

Lovely apartment.Superb location

We had a fabulous stay at this apartment.The owners Sharon and Edward were so helpful and lovely people.The apartment itself was totally as per the pictures and description and was perfectly located for all the bars, restaurants,bus stops and views.It was very clean and everything was catered for. Valletta worth a trip and the harbour cruise from Sliema was excellent.

Thank you to Sharon and Edward for making our stay so relaxed.Sure we will be back.

The Malta International Airport is the only airport on the island and is just a 25 minute drive from the Apartment. I can organise Airport transfers on request. Public transport and taxis are also available.

Stay tax $0.62 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 35% will be required upon confirmation of booking and balance paid one week before arrival. Deposit will be paid by money transfer or paypal and is non refundable. Standard Rates are per week per apartment applicable for 6 nights and over. A refundable security deposit is required.

Changeover Day:
Checking ins are after 15:00 and checkouts are at 11:00am,however late checkins after 21:00 will be charged 35.00 euros.Also airport transfers to apartment are available on request.

Notes on prices:
Rates quoted are per property per week (not per person). Discounted rates for long-term stays.

35% deposit when they book dates!the rest on arrival in apartment.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
