Privately situated in a peaceful location above the village centre of Peyia, it is surrounded by colourful flowering trees and shrubs. It boasts it's own swimming pool and sun terrace and shaded sitting areas one in particular being a grapevine covered pergola covering a stone built BBQ. It commands spectacular sea and mountain views and offers the perfect setting for an idyllic relaxing holiday on this fascinating island.

Notes on accommodation: We offer competitive rates on car hire who will meet you at the airport FREE of CHARGE and show you to the accommodation - which is peace of mind if arriving on a late flight and worried about following driving directions in the dark. If you prefer a taxi transfer this can also be arranged from the airport. Strictly no smoking within the property. Air conditioning - Is included only in the bedrooms and to be used in conjunction with the ceiling fans. Due to high running costs the a/c units have been fitted with timers to prevent unnecessary wastage. Requesting Air con in the sitting room area attracts a separate charge per unit per day (please contact the agent on this for clarification) Due to the hillside location and the character of the property (split levels to some parts of the bungalow) it is considered not suitable for young children, wheelchair users or those with severely limited mobility as there are a number of steps down to the BBQ area. Outside: The main feature of this villa is the spectacular sea and mountain views, the peaceful location and being surrounded by colourful trees and shrubs. A tall, thick, red hibiscus hedge provides the privacy around the 8m x 4m pool and sun terrace. Shaded sitting areas includes the covered terrace just off the lounge and master suite and a grapevine covered pergola covering the BBQ area for al fresco dining and lazy afternoon naps. A private drive way with gates provides off road parking. Utility Room: The washing machine is housed separately, together with all associated laundry equipment within the utility room just off the kitchen e.g.: iron, ironing board, brooms, mops, bucket, clothes airer etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There isn't a maid service with this property. Bed linen and towels are included and are changed every 7 days when booking for periods of 14 days or more (Excludes pool towels). A hairdryer and a pool towel provided per person Other: There is a dining room with pine furniture and a breakfast bar which separates the dining area from the kitchen and utility. A door off the kitchen opens out to the back of the house where there is a full size rotary clothes dryer and pegs.

A wonderfully relaxing week made even better by the fantastic accommodation.

We really only have positive things to say about the Villa. It is situated in a quiet residential part of Peyia but within easy walking distance of the village centre which has a couple of supermarkets, a bakery and several restaurants. The return walk is a steep uphill climb so get up early or drive to avoid the heat of the day!!

The villa is well appointed, clean and well maintained. The pool is fantastic and there are good shady seating areas and a lovely covered BBQ area although we didn't use it as eating out is so cheap! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We hired a car through Malcom which all worked very smoothly and we enjoyed visiting Paphos, Kathakas and Latchi . Malcolm was unobtrusively helpful and efficient - on hand to help with any queries.

This was our first visit to Cyprus but we would definitely go back and wouldn't hesitate to stay at the villa again and recommend it to others!

A perfect location, well appointed & relaxing

The villa is perfect. A lovely quiet location with beautiful views. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is a welcome relief and lends to a good nights sleep in comfortable beds. The pool is lovely and we particularly liked the covered terrace which not only has beautiful views over the valley and out to sea but offers shade and a cooling breeze in the heat of the day.

the villa is ideally located to walk into the village and only 10 minutes drive to Coral Bay which offers some lovely taverns and restaurants without being too overbearing but makes you feel like you're on your holidays. We will most certainly be coming back.

Fabulous private excellent views

We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it. The villa gave us everything we were looking for the views were fantastic in an ideal spot both of us enjoyed the privacy and the management company were excellent will definitely be going back again time just went to fast. Set up in the hills this lovely villa is peaceful and exquisite in every way. Everything you need for the perfect holiday is here in a house that is beautifully presented, decorated well and clean. With views to due for and a pool to cool off in , what more could you want?

A beautiful house in a perfect location

We are returning to this house for our 3rd visit in September - we love it that much! We have been for the last 2 years and enjoy it just as much each visit. The house is just above the village with shops, bars and restaurants close by down the hill, and the area is always peaceful and quiet.

The pool is perfect, not overlooked with amazing views of the coastline and there is also a fab outdoor shower. We particularly like the fact the dining table is outside under the pergola also with a view of the coast.

We have spend many evenings making use of BBQ in the garden as well as sampling the restaurants in the village. Cousins is one of our favourites!

There are a selection of beaches within a short drive and we always enjoy catching a beer at one of the bars along the coastline to watch the sunset.

The house is well equipped and we have always had everything we need including the water cooler, picking up refills from the supermarket in the village.

I can't recommend this house enough and hope other visitors enjoy it as much as we do.

Did not want to leave!!

We have stayed in this villa for a week in May 2015 and did not want to leave at all. The villa is privately owned by a wonderful and helpful lady who certainly made sure we had everything we needed.

It was very easy to get to the villa even though we arrived around midnight. We received directions from the owner with pictures and it was impossible not to get to our destination stress free. It only took us about 30 to 40mins to get from the airport to this wonderful place!

Not only we had the directions from the airport to the villa, we also received a very handy pack of places to see and restaurants to go to and other useful info about Cyprus and the locals. Everything that was recommended was really nice and it was one of the best holidays ever.

The villa was fantastic! When we arrived we saw this beautiful 2 bedroom villa which is furnished with great taste and everything we needed was there for us to use. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed to use; there was a water dispenser already full so we didn’t need to worry about drinking water (even though I think you can drink from the tap there). Even though it was only two of us we had 2 bathrooms to use, kitchen and dining room. We even had a washing machine there so we didn’t have to rely on having enough clean clothes to wear. In the evening we just chilled out in a huge living room with television that had all the films, programmes and channels we could dream of. (Did I meantion there's wi-fi there? Well that was sorted too!). The best part we found was the amazing swimming pool and the balcony with next to the swimming pool and outside of the living room. What an amazing spot to relax and let your hair down. Every evening we just sat there and looked over Peyia and the sea coast thinking what can we do to stay here for a bit longer? Even though we did not use it, there was a BBQ area with dining table. We were too lazy to cook for ourselves this time but next time we will certainly use this facility. Looked like a great spot for a lovely dinner with a glass of wine or beer.

Well I am certainly going back… no question about it!!

The villa is situated just 14 kilometres from Paphos and only 4 kilometres from the beautiful sandy, Coral Bay and Corallia beach. These are both nestled against a backdrop of a tiny marina where all sorts of boat trips are offered. There are several bars, tavernas and restaurants and they also offer sunbeds and parasols for hire.


The nearest airport if Paphos approx 30kms - 45 minutes drive.

Larnaca is approx 130 kms - 2 hours drive.

Taxis can be pre-booked from the airport and would suggest you contact the agent to arrange this for you.

Car Hire is also available from the airport through several National and reputable companies


Peyia village centre is within walking distance of a bakery, bank, pharmacy, supermarket as well as numerous bars, tavernas and restaurants. The village square offers a bus service to various local areas and Paphos harbour.

Coral Bay is 5 minutes by car offering an array of busy shops, bars and restaurants.

Further Details:

There are a variety of tours available to the Troodos Mountains, Farmagusta, Nicosia etc., Jeep safaris (some off road) go to the Akamas, Nature trails, Wine routes, wineries and museums. There are working monasteries and galleries, archaeological finds, ancient ruins and villages.

There is also Zoo, horse riding, bowling, karting, water parks, paint balling, bicycle hire, walking - all within easy reach and if that's not to your taste, there is always spa pampering pleasures !!
