Porthleven is a traditional undiscovered fishing village with historic port. There are many many places to eat out as the village is a foodie haven. Popular with surfers and those with kids there is a lifeguard patrolled swim area in summer. This house has been architect designed and is managed by me the owner. Nothing is too much trouble for us, we aim to please. We do not take pets, sorry! Please have a look at our website and feedback. email firstname.lastname@example.org for further info
Hi, my name is Debs Pryor, We are now entering our 5th Season at 180 * blue. Our motto for this house is to achieve the closest you can to a high end hotel standard in a self catering package. Please contact me with any queries or question you have, I'd be happy to help you - email@example.com
Deborah pryor purchased this house in 2012
The house is on the edge of the village of Porthleven, away from the daily hustle but only 5 minutes walk for a pint of milk or beer. There are always boats going across the front of the house and giant boats further on the horizon. The house has private steps down to the beach below, it is very special.
180 degrees blue is named that for a reason, there are 180 degrees view of the blue sea in front of you.
The property has everything you could wish for and more, we aim to over deliver on what you may expect.
The hot tub is on all the time, it is great to watch the stars at night, the sunrise in the morning, to warm up on a cold day and to cool off on a hot day.
The house is right on the coastal footpath, you can walk around the National Trusts Penrose Estate which is 5 minutes away. There are cycling, walking, swimming and surfing opportunities from the doorstep.
The house was amazing!
As a family we are so glad that we chose this house and the time.spent at this wonderful location was very memorable.
The large kitchen and living area was perfect for the whole family to come together for meals or to relax and in the evening the decking over looking the ocean was a great place to watch the sun go down.
Thank you for everything, you helped make this family holiday a very fun and memorable experience for everyone.

Just a quick note to record our thanks for a wonderful time in a beautiful house at the perfect location!
We hiked, swam, surfed, walked, fished, BBQ’d and even had near perfect weather!
There really was something for everyone here from age 3 to 83 and even a couple of teenagers. Hard to please everyone, but this vacation was just right.
Hope we get to revisit!
