We are a small family business specialising in producing comfortable 'home from home' type holiday cottages in Cornwall, Devon and the Cotswolds. Each of our properties featured are owned and managed by ourselves. The benefit of this is that we know each property personally and this helps us provide a better service.   • The family bathroom is also on the ground floor with a modern range of sanitary ware with a shower over the bath and a stone tiled floor.

Notes on accommodation: Please note pets are NOT accepted in this property. Outside: Off the lounge and kitchen is a small terrace with garden furniture for dining alfresco with a gate and steps down from the terrace to ground floor level. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels for use in the cottage are provided. PLEASE take your own beach towels. Other: On the first floor next to the kitchen there is a light and airy living area with the lounge one side of the oak staircase and the dining area the other.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of a third of the full amount will be needed when the booking is made with the final balance due 6 weeks prior to the commencement date.

Generally short breaks are accepted from October – end of March but we will accept a short break booking in the high season, if we have availability close to the time.

Notes on prices:
Short break prices are calculated on a percentage basis, taking into account maximum occupancy e.g. 2 nights - 75%, 3 nights – 80% and 4 nights – 85% of the full weekly price and 5 – 7 nights will cost the full weekly price
Please note that the full price includes electricity, central heating, bed linen, towels and VAT.

The deposit needed at the point of booking is a third of the full amount and the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement date.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
