Royal Parade is walking distance of a number of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and less than a mile from the main shopping area of Cheltenham (The Promenade) and the 'Suffolks' home to many antique dealers and more bars and restaurants. The base for the Jazz, Music, Science, Food and Drink and Literature Festivals. Montpellier and Imperial Gardens is also close by as are both Cheltenham Ladies College and Cheltenham College.

About Andrew Chard

Andrew Chard started his career working for international computer firms, becoming Marketing Director of one of the top 5 in the UK before he was 40. He then went on to establish, with business partner Barry Manners, a successful lettings agency in London which became the leading letting agency in central west London and still bears his name today, although he has sold it. This gave him and Barry an interest in property which brought them to Cheltenham and the challenge of restoring this beautiful Regency Terraced building. Customer service is his thing and returning customers his delight.

Outside: Small paved courtyard garden with seating for 4 people Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Egyptian linens, duck down or hypo-allergenic pillows are available as are soft cotton towels to meet requirements. For stays over a week we provide a change of bedclothes and towels once a week, with more frequent changes being available by negotiation. Other: The private paved courtyard provides outside space to relax in after a busy day exploring Cheltenham

Once you have reached Royal Parade you will not really need a car unless you intend to travel round to see the nearby Cotswolds, Forest of Dean and Welsh borders


The apartment is in the heart of Cheltenham, less than two miles from Cheltenham Spa railway station which provides services to most areas of the country. London is 2 hours away by train and approx 110 miles by road, with Heathrow airport approx 90 miles away and Birmingham airport less than an hour's drive. Cheltenham has a good supply of licensed taxis at reasonable prices and excellent bus services

Cheltenham is the cultural centre of Gloucestershire with some 12 Festivals including Jazz, Music, Science, Food and Drink, Performing arts and the much renowned Literature Festival in October each year, all of which are within easy walking distance. The town also boasts two theatres, museums and art galleries
