Perfect relaxing holiday
Very peaceful & well appointed villa. Fantastic views towards Ithaca. Friendly & helpful housekeepers, providing delicious Greek delicacies. One week wasn't enough!
Beautiful, serene, peaceful & private!
Very easy to book, pay and deposit with Nikos, who provided great customer service.
We arrived and was met by the lovely couple who housekeep called Makis and his wife kassiani, who where very friendly, professional and discreet.
The villa is beautiful, very open, spacious, clean, airy and tastefully decorated in authentic Greek furniture, and has spectacular views from every window! So peaceful, it was bliss to just chill and relax with only the birds for noise.
Very private and makis lets you know when he his coming in to clean so as not to disturb you.
The pool is a decent size for a swim or dip, and the gardens or sitting areas are very spacious too. Everything is well maintained.
Bedrooms nice size with plenty of wardrobe space and they are lovely and cool early evening for when you are getting ready to go out!
Lots of seating area inside too and the kitchen has everything you need, even a dishwasher!
We would definatly recommend this villa and we ourselves will defiantly return.
First class holiday
Booking and paying for this villa was easy right from the start, after speaking to Nikos on the phone and sending a small deposit we received directions from the airport which although in Greek were easy to follow.
On arrival the lady from downstairs was waiting to meet us and after showing us into the villa she and her husband pretty much left us in peace except for coming up twice with some delicious home made traditional food.
The Villa was spotless well equipped and very spacious.
We have rented villas in Greece for many years but the location of villa Liladi is one of the best, it was so peaceful and the views were second to none.
We found essential items in the fridge which was a nice touch.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.
Thank you Nikos for sharing your home.
Beauty, Kindness and Authenticity
Villa Liladi represents the many reasons why I love Greece. It’s beauty, kindness and authenticity touches you in such a way, you feel as if you are experiencing Heaven on earth.
Liladi is in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes outside of Fiskardo, on a hillside overlooking the island of Ithaki. The expansive view is breathtaking and adds to the villa’s luxury. Every night, I couldn’t wait to be back on the deck, listening to the goats and enjoying the beauty Kefalonia has to offer. It is such a peaceful retreat, I often sat there until the moon rose, watching the sparkling lights from Ithaki and enjoying the breeze.
The gorgeous architecture is reminiscent of traditional style Kefalonian homes, and has a luxurious, rich ambiance. The home is spacious, and has a large living area perfect for families with plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is large with new appliances, and has a gorgeous view of the bay. The bathroom has a wonderful tub and shower is centrally located between the two bedrooms.
The villa is immaculately maintained and very clean. It is beautifully decorated with Greek pottery and lovely furniture. The pool is very private and has a terrific view. It too is well maintained and extremely clean.
The owner is extremely helpful and very responsive. He kindly answered many questions for me before I arrived and while I was there. He is professional and truly wants his guests to enjoy the villa. The couple who live on site are lovely people, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant and private. Their warm kindness definitely contributes to villa’s charming persona and the island's beauty.
Vila Liladi is such a wonderful experience and highly recommended!
Delightful villa with stunning views!
We originally spent 2 weeks in Villa Liladi in 2014 and liked it so much we came back in 2015 and have already booked for Summer 2016! The view from the villa is fabulous - looking straight across to Ithaka, The villa is on the side of a small road which is a cul de sac so there's no traffic or road noise, just the sound of the goats with bells being herded past to be milked. We've seen owls, pine martins and hedgehogs many times just outside the gate! The villa itself is clean and comfortable with a huge living room that also contains the kitchen. It's nice and cool in the heat of the day with the shutters all open and the breeze blowing through. The pool is perfect for a family but the shallow end is quite deep; our 5 year old can just stand on the bottom and keep his mouth above the water. Arm bands required for anyone smaller! The property minders Makis and Kassiani live on the grounds, off to one side and below the ground level of the villa. They're always there if you need anything. They are exceptionally kind and gentle and my children fell in love with them - one of the reasons we keep having to go back!
The nearest town is Maganos which is about 5 minutes drive away going inland. There are a couple of shops here and a nice restaurant. About 5 minutes up the coast is Foki beach. Perfect for children with olive trees for shade and a nice gentle slope into the sea. The beach consists of fine stones rather than sand so sandals are a good idea! 2 minutes further up the road is Fiskardo. A picturesque town with shops and restaurants galore!
I would happily recommend Villa Liladi to a friend (once they didn't book our slot in July before us!). It's a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

Villa Liladi was more than a dream!!!
The villa was very comfortable, incredibly beautiful and traditionally furnished, it was also very clean, spacious and beautiful located in a very calm location near Fiscardo. The villa is surrounded by a large patio which offers amazing views and a pretty garden. The swimming pool offered privacy and everything seems that it is made with love!
Villa Liladi is a pretty place to relax and unwind. Thank you so much for the amazing time! We will definitely come back!!!
Thank you very much Owen
Coast/Beach: The villa is 10min drive to nearest organised beach Foki and 17min drive to the nearest more popular organised beach Eblisi, 6min drive or 15min walk to the nearest private beach, Dolicha Bay and 30min drive to the famous Myrtos Beach. Also consider visiting Antisamos, Makris Gialos or Xi beach in Lixouri. Travel: Evreti village is located near Fiskardo, the northernmost port of Kefalonia. You can reach it from Argostoli main airport or Sami main port in approximately 60min drive from both. Myrtos and Antisamos beach, Melissani and Drogarati caves are worth visiting and are in distances varying from 30 to 45 min drive from the village. Further Details: Fiskardo offers many restaurant and cafeteria options which will cover all the possible requirements for price/quality values, it also offers access to mini-super markets and grocery stores as well as banks.
