The main bedroom features a double bed and the spare bedroom has two single beds which can be converted into bunk beds on request; sleeping four. The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is bright and spacious and perfect for fun Mediterranean evenings. The fully equipped newly installed kitchen features a dishwasher and microwave and the living room is spacious enough for everyone to kick back and relax.
The apartment has access to a communal pool; opened all year round!
My partner and I have been living in Gozo since 2011 after moving from the U.K. We used to own a Cleaning & Maintenance business which i decided to sell to relax in the sun :-) After a couple of months in Gozo i realised there was a gap in the market here for high quality rental apartments as most here in Gozo fell short of the mark, So here we are 2 years later designing & renting out apartments and making peoples holidays a holiday to remember..

We have been coming to Gozo for holidays since the 1990s and realised there was a shortage of good quality luxury accommodation with service to match. Many properties in Gozo lack that homely feel with added luxury when you arrive. This is where we thought that we would offer a personal service at an affordable price. My partner and i designed the apartments in the winter of 2013 and choose this area due to close proximity of the harbour and excellent bus links. The apartments are situated in the village of Ghajnsielem which has a beautiful village square with activities on all year round unlike most other villages in Gozo , Ghajnsielem also has the bonus of views over the harbour so all our luxury apartments have a stunning sea views.
The apartment is indeed luxury and is located just a few minutes walk from the Gozo Ferry Terminal and has great sea views looking out across to Comino and Malta. The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished and equipped to a high standard. Air conditioning and WIFI worked flawlessly. We holidayed last year in a farm house in Gozo, but the whole family (of 5) all preferred the apartment! The owners are extremely helpful and always on hand for help and advice. I would thoroughly recommend the Ic-Cima apartment to anyone intending on holidaying in Gozo.

The most popular swimming spot in Ghajnsielem is ix-Xatt l-Ahmar (meaning “Red Beach”) It is a secluded beach lying on the coast of the village which is also a popular site for divers. Other beaches around Gozo and only a short car journey away are Ir-Ramla il-Hamra — (the Red Sandy Beach), San Blas and Hondoq-ir-Rummien.
The nearest airport to Gozo is Malta International Airport which is in Luqa and about a 45 minute drive to the Cirkewwa Ferry Port, it is here that you will need to board the Gozo Channel ferry and enjoy a 25 minute scenic journey passing the small island of Comino then finally arriving in the picturesque Mgarr harbour of Gozo. The best way to explore Gozo would be by car hire which we can arrange for you or simply choose to use the public transport which is currently managed by Arriva.
The village is very self-sufficient, with two major supermarkets, various small groceries / corner shops, post office, gym, two pharmacies and a choice of amazing restaurants and bars. It is also located on the main bus link to the capital city of Victoria and a short walk away from the harbour where more restaurants and bars can be found as well as the ferry link to the main island of Malta and water taxis to the smaller island of Comino.

Prices are in Euros & for a min. stay of 5 nights unless by prior agreement. A booking is confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit with the balance (both payments non-refundable) payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. We ask for a security deposit of €200 Euros which may be paid on your arrival. This is to cover the cost of replacements in the unlikely event of damage, otherwise it will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay. Prices for bookings of 15 days or more are negotiable.
