Beautiful 4 TGCSA star Two bedroom apartment with wonderful Sea view and Mountain views and a short walk down to Camps Bay Beach and restaurants

Sea View, 10 Monte Carlo is elegantly furnished in colours that reflect the light that pours in the windows. Its finishings add a hint of Africa, allowing you to feel immediately at home in one of the continent’s most spectacular cities. The balcony has expansive views of the ocean and invites lazy moments in the heat of the day and unhurried, candlelit dinners tempered by sea breezes. Experience our favourite South African pastime – the quintessential ‘braii (BBQ) – with our gas WEBER BBQ on the balcony and sip sundowners enjoying the glorious South African Sunsets. The suburb has as its backdrop Table Mountain, Lions Head and the majestic Twelve Apostles. Its property is much sought after and its golden coast line boasts. Some of the most impressive beaches and views imaginable. The Atlantic Seaboard side of Cape Town is more sheltered from the wind than the False Bay coast and experiences longer hours of sunshine - our sunsets are some of the best in the world. The long stretch of sandy beach is a favourite with holidaymakers and Capetonians alike.

The flat has FULL DSTV and also Dual ( Multi ) room so our guests can watch a different Channel in the Master Bedroom .

There is also FREE WI FI

The apartment has everything needed for a wonderful holiday

The master bedroom ( which has an extra long queen bed) has beautiful views of the Ocean . There are sliding glass doors leading out onto the balcony and the twin bedroom (Beds can be pushed together ) has views of Table Mountain. Fine bed linen and bath towels and beach towels . Colonial ceiling fans .The living,dining and kitchen area are open plan . The dining bar with black granite top has seating for 4.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need -dishwasher, Fridge freezer, washing machine dryer, microwave , oven and hob and much more . The private garage is remote controlled . Electric fencing , security disc entry, security gate on apartment.

Serviced weekly ( though extra help can be arranged at extra charge)

We absolutely loved Camps Bay and your apartment was so well equipped and spotlessly clean and like a home from home. We especially loved meal times on the balcony enjoying the incredible views both ways.


A quick note to say we had a fabulous stay in your Camps Bay apartment.

Such a pleasure to stay in an immaculate, well positioned and well equipped holiday home. I don’t think I could ever tire of that beautiful view that changes with the weather and time of day.

Tout était parfait ,l'appartement et ses très nombreux équipements .Par ailleurs nous avons apprécié la localisation de cet appartement

Le seul point que je peux critiquer est celui de l'accessibilité

En effet il faut 5 clés + 1 témoin magnétique pour y accéder sans compter avec le système d'ouverture du garage qui est peut être classique ,encore faut il le connaître

Il faut donc conseiller aux locataires d'arriver de jour ou avec une lampe électrique

I know the security is very tight and there are many locks but people who live in South Africa are very concerned about safety and security and we have therefore had to install security doors , double locks and a security metal gate entrance fob to get into the complex . I am sorry that all this security spoiled your stayand hope you might return With kind regards Shona grant

Car: recommended


Camps Bay beach is a wonderful stretch of sand listed in the top ten City beaches in The Sunday Times and 5 minutes walk from tyhe flat. Clifton beaches are also nearby 5 minutes by car. There are also beaches at LLandudno and Hout Bay

They enjoy spectacular sunsets


Cape town International is 30 Minutes drive

Car Hire is advised as public transport (though improving) is virtually non existent in Cape town


The Apartment is situated in the centre of Camps Bay in a very quiet residential area

The famous Cape town Waterfront is a very easy drive along the sea front and takes around 15 Minutes

Further Details:

There is a wealth of excellent restaurants in Camos Bay and a huge choice in Cape Town

Camps bay has 2 supermarkets, a number of ATMs , a dentist, doctor
