A modern contemporary-styled cottage with 2 bedrooms that sleep up to 4 people, decorated and furnished to reflect its light and airy situation. To take best advantage of the glorious views, the lounge/diner and kitchen are on the first floor with bedrooms and bathroom downstairs on the ground floor. An elevated decking has been created to enjoy the sea views, and watch out for dolphins and seals.The ground floor entrance door leads into the hall with stairs. There is one double, and one twin bedroom (convertable to a double on request) here with a shared shower room.
Upstairs the landing leads on to the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with separate cloakroom.
The lounge/diner has a feature fire, with TV and CD/DVD home theatre system. We provide a small amount of games books and DVDs on the bookshelf in the lounge.
A French door opens onto the raised decking with southerly aspect and fabulous views over the sea.
The three cottages have been converted to have their own character and style. We have something for everyone, whether you want a romantic getaway for two or a larger group we are confident we can provide you with stunning scenery at the perfect location to have the holiday to remember.
A lifetime living on the welsh border and a passion for the outdoors, interests in wildlife, photography and walking drew Phil to the Welsh coast. So,after a successful career as a property developer and with an eye to retirement, Phil aquired Rola farmhouse in 2004. Over 12 months, the Farmhouse was completely renovated and the outbuildings converted to provide 3 stylish holiday homes. Phil met Harj in 2008 and their wedding party was at Rola set beside the sea.
Every moment at Rola is treasured and memories created which are shared with friends, family and our many return visitors.

Rola Cottages have a combination of beautiful views from all directions, comfortable cosy cottages, but they are also a great location to go and explore from Snowdonia from.
Between the three cottages we can cater for a couple or a group of up to 17 people.
The extensive grounds 2 acres in total give a lot of space and freedom to enjoy the views and breath taking scenery.
Three night breaks are available at 65% of the weekly rate and four night breaks at 75%. Weekend breaks start on Fridays or Saturday and end on Monday or Tuesday depending on the length of stay. All midweek breaks end on Friday.

To confirm a booking we require completion of a booking request form with your home details and contact phone number, together with a 20% deposit for bookings more than one month to arrival. The balance is due for payment one month before arrival. Bookings taken within one month of arrival require payment in full. Upon completion of payment, we forward details of key collection.
Weekend breaks start on Fridays or Saturday and end on Monday or Tuesday. All midweek breaks end on Friday.
At peak periods changeover day for Rola is Friday and for Llonydd and Yr Olaf, Saturday. Flexible changeover days off-peak periods.
