The property is a stunning barn conversion with 3 bedrooms with 1 en-suite and a family bathroom. The barn has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and so has all the modern day comforts. The area has a great deal to offer with the award winning Rose and Crown pub, Old Bank Bistro, other village amenities and Deer Park all within walking distance. The Royal Estate of Sandringham and Old Hunstanton are approximately 3 miles away. The Georgian village of Burnham Market is only 12 miles away. There is a nearby RSPB reserve close to the beach and excellent sailing facilities. King's Lynn is only 12 miles away with regular trains to London taking under two hours and there are many golf courses nearby.

Fantastic Norfolk Retreat
My family and I have just returned from this lovely barn conversion. If I could give 6 stars I would! Great location for local walks or getting out and about to Sandringham etc. The barn conversion has been renovated in a beautiful way and is in great condition. See you again soon!
My family and I have just got back from a lovely weekend at this cottage. There was a lovely welcome pack upon arrival.
The cottage is set in beautiful surroundings. We came with my 9 month niece so we went to the deer park which is a stones throw away from the house and had dinner in the Rose and Crown which had lovely food. Hunstanton beach is only a short drive away which everyone enjoyed.
We will definitely be returning.
Absolutely loved our stay. The property and location is amazing. So many things for adults and kids to do. Best part is coming back to this beautiful house. It is a beautiful, clean, amazingly well furnished and equipped property. Has everything one can need for a 2 nights or a 2 weeks stay.
It is permanently bookmarked in our favorites and will always be our first choice for accommodation for any future trips to Norfolk. Highly recommend it.
Second visit was just as specila
This is the second time we have spent Christmas at Hunters - it felt like coming home - albeit to a beautifully appointed, warm, cosy home! We so appreciated the welcome Christmas hamper, full of all sorts of goodies, plus decorations for that extra festive feel. No one wanted to leave!
Exceptional barn conversion
We have just returned from this beautiful, well maintained barn conversion. It is extremely well equipped and beautifully light and airy. Thought has obviously gone into providing both essentials and those little extras such as beach towels, board games for both adults and children and the welcoming bottle of wine and box of chocolates! The owners responded immediately with the few queries we had prior to booking and were very helpful
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property and hope to visit again
Beautiful holiday home, idillyic location
The house is exactly as beautiful as the description on this website describes. What additionally really impressed us is how well, and thoughtfully, equipped it is - with all mod cons, plus an impressive selection of games to keep the kids happy. Arrangements for the booking, and communication with the owner were excellent. The location is great, rural feel, surrounded by farm - but right on edge of village, so just 5 minutes walk along footpath to the playground, or to watch cricket on the village green, or pop to the excellent Rose & Crown (which we saw, was awarded UK pub of year 2015 - and deservedly, it was lovely). A perfect home away from home - highly recommended. Hope to come back soon !
Coast/Beach: Snettisham beach is around 2 miles from the property and 5 minutes by car. Hunstanton beach is around 10 minutes drive and the stunning Holkam beach around 20 minutes drive. Travel: Stansted Airport is 84 miles away. King's Lynn is just 12 miles away with regular trains to London via King's Cross and Liverpool Street taking under 2 hours. Distances: The royal estate of Sandringham is just 3 miles away and the delightful Georgian village of Burnham Market is only 12 miles away. Further Details: The award winning Rose and Crown pub, Old Bank Bistro, Deer Park and other village amenities are within walking distance of the property. There is an excellent farm Shop at Norfolk Lavender which is 5 minutes drive, and supermarkets in nearby Heacham and Hunstanton. There are many excellent restaurants along the North Norfolk Coast.

Additional information about rental rates
Booking Notes: If reservations are made more than 6 weeks before the holiday start date, a deposit of one third of the total rental cost is payable. The outstanding balance should then be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date. If the booking is made within the 6 week period of the holiday start date, the entire rental cost should be paid with the completed booking form. Booking form and details will be sent out. Changeover Day: Changeover day is Friday, unless otherwise negotiated. Notes on prices: Bookings are taken Friday to Friday. Prices for weekend stays and midweek breaks available on request.
