We have had a business in Kefalonia for almost 20 years. We had two children and now live both in Kefalonia and the U.K.. It is a family run business, building and managing villas. We manage, clean and maintain all our villas to a very high standard. This property was purchased as a home base and as we only are in the U.K. for a period of time, we decided to holiday let it when we are away. It is located in an ideal area close to many tourist attractions and yet far enough away to be a quiet get away.
Frances Findlay purchased this bungalow in 2012
Great property in a lovely residential area. Plenty space and well equipped. Only downfall was the wifi didn't work and my kids complained that the trampoline in the pictures wasn't there. However they wouldn't have had time for it with all the fun things to do in nearby blackpool which was a 20 minute drive away. I would definitely come back to this property again.
We had a lovely stay at the bungalow. The rooms were very inviting and a good size. The children enjoyed playing in the garden. The bungalow was perfect for what we needed.
Liked the area, but the property is in dire need of updating. The bed was awful, very uncomfortable.
Missing a trick without an update on the property, because it is in a very nice spot.
We have stayed in the bungalow 3 times now and always enjoy our time there. It's in a lovely quiet area and yet is close enough to Cleveleys and Blackpool. The owners are very friendly and helpful and always communicate quickly.
We booked this bungalow at very short notice because it was ideally located for us when travelling to attend a family funeral. The owner was both pleasant and easy to deal with. We were very impressed with the bungalow's general cleanliness, coziness, comfort of the lounge area and bedrooms, and how very well equipped it was. We regularly stay in holiday cottages and the beds, bedding and pillows were the most comfortable we've encountered anywhere.
It's in a lovely quiet area too and is not overlooked at all. We will have no hesitation at all in rebooking again when we want to visit the Blackpool area and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others.
The only slight point I would make is that the back patio area isn't enclosed if you want to let dogs out, but we let ours out on extender leads and so it wasn't a problem for us and certainly wouldn't put us off in the future.
Lovely little bungalow and area. Had a great holiday seeing the lights of good old Blackpool and the bungalow was lovely. Had everything we needed and the communication with owner was great. Would definelty stay again. Can't wait to go back 😊😊

The nearest town of Cleveleys is about 10 minutes drive away, with is newly refurbished promenade and array of cafes and restaurants along it's main shopping street. The south end of the Lake District is approximately 45 miles away, for anyone who loves rambling and walking.
