This is a newly redecorated modern frontline first floor apartment with Wi-Fi, marble floors and lovely decorated terrace to enjoy your outside dinning. Available for holiday or long-term rental. This comfortable holiday apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a full size sofa bed and 2 bathrooms (each with toilet). 2 travel cots and 1 high chair for baby. Air-conditioned, heating, private underground parking with direct access to elevator, satellite TV with English spoken channels (flat screen), DVD-player, tennis rackets/balls, umbrella + 4 sunbeds, radio, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair drier, towels, cleaning service,... The whole family can relax by the large communal swimming pool (baby pool, shower, lifeguard in summer months) with bar/restaurant. About Dimitri and Erika

We are a family of 3.

Together with our young daughter, we love to spend our holidays in Cabo Roig, especially the temperatures and local atmosphere. We are very demanding tourists ourselves. Therefore we have redecorated the apartment completely. The property is inspected weekly and professionally cleaned before and after each rental. We are convinced the property and location will meet all your demands. We appreciate it when our guests give an honest feedback after their departure, so we can make improvements if possible.

We speak English, French, Dutch, German and Spanish.

Why Dimitri and Erika chose Orihuela Area

Cabo Roig is the most ideal location for a holiday apartment, for several reasons:

* First of all the climate (always sun, also in winter months you will have temperatures of 20 °C or more) and very healthy environment.

* It is a lovely smaller town (no high-rise flats as you will find in Alicante) with two beautiful blue flag beaches (with beach bars...) and two lovely harbours with restaurant.

* Everything you need within walking distance: beaches, bars, restaurants (some very fine!), take away establishments, supermarkets, bakery, car rental, banc,.....

* Short distance from airports: 20 minutes drive Murcia, 40 minutes drive Alicante.

* A lot of things to do: water sports, trip to Elche, Torrevieja water park, walk along the cliffs, boat trips, visit Valencia, horse riding, golf

What makes this apartment unique

The property is also very convenient because of the bar/restaurant at the swimming pool. It is serving delicious breakfasts, lunches and evening menus at very reasonable prices. You can also just relax and have a drink. There are some games for the children and you can get a WIFI connection (payable). The apartment is situated on the first floor at the end of the hall way. The private terrace connected to the lounge has sun starting from 10.30 am untill 13.30 pm. This means it is a cool apartment in summer time, which is very much appreciated by our guests. Because all furniture and beddings have been renewed, the apartment has a very young, modern and fresh look. It is a very practical apartment, also suited for wheel chairs and elderly. We have also provided high chair+travel cot.

Notes on accommodation: We are young Belgian family of 3, and very demanding tourists ourselves, we are convinced this property an location will meet all your demands. It is inspected weekly and cleaned professionally before and after each rental. The area has a very sunny and moderate climate, all year round. It is therefore also ideal to spend the winter months. Smoking not allowed inside, only outside on terrace. No pets allowed. Outside: Large communal swimming pool with sea view. Bar/restaurant at the pool. Sunbeds provided. Children's pool and lifeguard (summer months), shower. The pool, as well the property, is very well maintained to the highest standards. The property is situated on the sea promenade with palm trees. You can make lovely walks along the cliffs. Lovely terrace with furniture. Communal barbecue facility on the roof solarium (with sea view). Weekly market right next to apartment on Thursdays. Bus stop next to apartment. Public outside tennis courts a few hundred meters away, close to the beach of campoamor. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels (except beach towels) and linen provided. Property is cleaned prior to your stay and a local cleaning fee of 60 € (2 persons) + 5 €pp extra is payable on arrival. The property and swimming pool is maintained to the highest standards. Other: Private underground parking with direct access to elevator. Outside parking in front of apartment also possible. Large communal roof solarium with barbecue facility and terrace furniture. Impressive apartment in convenient area

The apartment was exactly as described on the tin, modern, clean, well kept with a nice pool.

On our arrival Dimitri rang us to welcome us to Alicante with an update for the availabiltiy of our apartment and also during our stay he could be easily contacted if needed. The girls who looked after the apartment for him were also easily contactable and sorted a problem we had with the garage remote quickly despite being a bank holiday.

The pool was clean with a decent temperature with a lifeguard in attendance, there was plenty of space to relax.

The beach was a stroll down the paths with various types of beaches to choose from but all nice and clean.

There were lots of restaurants to choose to eat close by, if you preferred English, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, Danish, Mexican even Argentinian it was there and reasonable prices.

Overall a well positioned, modern apartment with beaches and restaurants within easy walking distances and good road networks to get you around if required.

Beautiful apartment and lovely area of Spain

We stayed at this apartment for 7 days and we wished it was for longer. It was exactly as described. We were close to our favourite beach and also near to the bars and restaurants. Teresa was easy to contact to collect and return keys. Also the owner was very quick to respond to our initial request. We will be returning next year and hopefully thyis apartment will be available again. Thank you for a wonderful time

A lovely apartment

Lovely modern, clean and well maintained apartment with ample space for a family of four. Eating out on the terrace was relaxing and the Marinasol bar and restaurant downstairs was welcoming and friendly, with a wide ranging food and drinks menu. Having air conditioning was a real bonus although the building stayed cool a lot of the time anyway. Dimitri and Erika had thought of everything and we welcomed the use of sun loungers, parasols and scrabble! We managed a week without a car and the strip provided ample choice of restaurants. (We would have liked more traditional spanish ones though!) We would recommend this apartment and location to other families and would definitely consider returning in the future.

What a lovely Apartment

Lovely clean, modern and well equip apartment, every thing you may need and more. A shopping trolley would have been nice to carry the water in but we managed with our cabin case. Lovely area for walking nice bars and restaurants close by can recommend both the Italian and the Argentina restaurant. Nice to be away from the commercialized Spain, you do really need a car though to get about. It is quite a walk and down hill to the beach with the sunbeds so you have to get up the hill on return but the beaches are very nice, a few beaches without sunbeds are nearer. Would recommend this apartment. The meet and greet is a great help to and Teresa and Diane are lovely and will give you any info you need.

The apartment is located on the sea promenade. There are two beautiful sandy blue flag beaches with watersports, beach bar, restaurant and beds/umbrellas. Distance to beaches:10 minutes walking distance. There is even a small nudist beach at 200 m.

Travel:

Most low cost airlines offer cheap flights to Alicante, Murcia, Valencia.

Distance from airports:

Murcia: 20 minutes drive

Alicante: 40 minutes drive

Valencia: 2 hours drive

We can also provide airport shuttle.

Car rental possible at airports, or right by the apartment. Car hire is not essential, but will give you the opportunity to explore the beautiful environment.
