A stylish well equipped apartment (sleeping 5) offering a high standard of accommodation throughout. The apartment also now offers TWO private car parking spaces.
The living room and kitchen have excellent views of the sea, Capstone and the Landmark Theatre from the lounge and Hillsborough from the rear Juliet balcony. Inside, there is a 42" Sony TV, a PS4 console with games, Sky Sports, Sky movies and box sets plus apps such as Netflix. We provide free wi-fi, Roberts music system, board games and DVD's.
Downstairs on the lower ground floor there are two good sized bedrooms, the luxury master has an en suite shower room and walk in wardrobe whilst the second bedroom has zip and link beds with access to a patio garden at the rear. Both bedrooms have high quality bedding and pocket sprung mattresses for a comfy nights sleep.
There is a large modern bathroom with a deep bath and separate shower, perfect after a long day of exploring.
A welcome basket with wine, tea/coffee, biscuits, local chocolates and milk are also provided to start your holiday.

About Letitia Borsey
We live and work in Hampshire with our 13 year daughter. I have a tour operator and hotel background but later retrained and now work in healthcare. We have enjoyed holidaying in North Devon for many years in tents, B&B's and holiday lets. Holiday apartments were our favourite as they were the most comfortable and gave us the flexibility to eat in or out. We are delighted to be able to offer this ourselves in a coastal town with its own unique charm. There are plenty of coastal pursuits on the doorstep as well as many great places to eat just around the corner from upmarket restaurants serving oysters to traditional fish & chips. The harbour has a good range of shops and art galleries to browse within a few minutes walk of the apartment.

Why Letitia Borsey chose Ilfracombe
We took the plunge to buy 10 Cove View in May 2013. This apartment, in our view, had it all. A high end contemporary feel, a great view, central location with everything walking distance such as shops, restaurants and the harbour. It also crucially had its own parking space which we knew anyone like us driving miles to get here would not want the worry of finding a parking space. This area has the most beautiful beaches, coastal walking, stunning views and friendly people. This year will be our 5th season and we are delighted with the positive feedback from our guests who love the apartment and area as much as we do. It has been popular with families and couples getting married at Tunnels Beach, a great venue for those planning to tie the knot in a picturesque location. Our highlights are body boarding in the sea or sand dunes at Woolacombe, coastal walking to Lee Bay with a stop at the Grampus Pub and being able to step out in the evening to find so many great places to eat to Ilfracombe. Our housekeeper is local and does an excellent job of meeting all our guests on arrival and being on hand in the event of any problems.
What makes this Apartment unique
The best points about this apartment are the location, sea views, the light, lovely decor and having its own 2 parking spaces. Staying here means you rarely have to get in your car. The location is so central you can enjoy the promenade cafes, the harbour with its galleries, shops & eateries, scenic coastal walks, local beaches or the Landmark theatre within a few minutes walk. The apartment offers a great space for entertaining with its sea views, high ceilings and contemporary decor. It is dual aspect so we get morning sunshine through the kitchen doors for breakfast and afternoon sun through the lounge in the afternoon. We can now offer guests the option two reserved car parking spaces in the car park opposite the apartment, essential in such a busy little town. Ilfracombe in early May sees Maypole dancers whilst throughout the year there are bouncy castles and minigolf on the promenade. You are spoilt for choice with restaurants - pub lunch, tapas, fine dining - all tastes are catered and just around the corner on Fore Street. The South West coastal path runs through the town. A short 10 drive takes you to the stunning surf beaches of Woolacombe & Croyde or rock pooling in Lee Bay. Activities like Paddleboarding and Jet skiing available nearby at Watermouth Cove.

Clean, bright, welcoming
Easy to find, easy to access, great location and good sized bedrooms. Didn't need to bring too much down as the property was well resourced. Would definitely stay again and owner was a pleasure to work with.
This is a fantastic property with parking, which is very useful given its location. It is a short walk from the beach, the theatre, the museum, the harbour and some great restaurants.

Coast/Beach: Coast and small shale beach is approx 250 metres. Ilfracombe has a small sandy beach in the harbour at low tide about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Other nearby beaches include Larkstone beach, Tunnels beach, Rapparee and Hele Bay. Woolacombe beach, one of the largest sandy beaches in England, is 10-15 mins drive with Croyde and Saunton Sands a bit further. Travel: Nearest airports are at Exeter and Bristol. Further Details: There are two main supermarkets in Ilfracombe, Tesco and Lidl. The Landmark theatre is visible from the apartment and is under 5 minutes walk.

Changeover Day: Friday or Saturday changeover however we try to be flexible outside school holidays. Arrival from 3pm and departure by 10am. Full meet and greet details are sent by email once the balance of your stay is paid. We don't take a security deposit but respectfully ask our guests to take due care and look after the property during their stay. Notes on prices: Prices are inclusive of meet and greet service, private parking, VAT, linen, wifi and a welcome pack based on a max. of 4 persons. A deposit of 25% is required within 3-5 days of booking and the dates are held provisionally until funds are received at which point we will confirm receipt by email. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival or in the event bookings are made within 6 weeks of arrival, then full payment is required at the time of booking. Property is fitted with modern fire and carbon monoxide alarm for our guests reassurance.
