Apartment in Kapparis, close to beach, near Paralimni, Cyprus - Peaceful Location n Kapparis, 10 Minutes Walk To Local Beach. Fully furnished. Great wifi speeds.

A spacious fully air conditioned. 2 bedroom penthouse apartment in small block. Lovely large private terrace with loungers, table and chairs. Communal Pool, own marked covered parking. Fully furnished, free WiFi to provide you with a comfortable stay. It has 32" flat screen TV, and a well equipped kitchen with hooded hob, oven, new separate freezer, new fridge, microwave, toaster, good quality pans and dishes etc. It is in Kapparis, a small coastal village, relaxed and laid back, close to the town of Paralimni. Short walk to the sea, the rural peace and natural coastal path. This area’s beaches are some of the best in Cyprus and consists mainly of small beautiful bays. Our nearest is direct down the main road, the next 'Firemans Bay' and further along a new Marina development. However in 10 minute walking distance [not hearing distance] there is a surprising number of different restaurants and pubs with entertainment most nights. Cheap meals to silver serve available, when you are not home cooking.For Night Clubs Ayia Napa is a 17 minute drive away. The resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa have beautiful walkways. They are very smart and well kept. These resorts are between 10-17 minutes drive, and can be reached by bus. The bus stop is close by. There is a nearby convenience shop and 10 minutes away restaurants, bars (with all year round live entertainment), water sports and larger supermarkets. The village does not become a ghost town like some of the bigger places after the main summer season.

The Protaras Watersports and Aquarium, Parasailing and Paragliding, Waterskiing and Jetskiing, and Glass-bottomed boats are a short distance away, and very popular. Salimas Ancient City partly built by the Romans and Famagusta fortifications are cheap to visit and really worth going over the Green Line. It is a short drive.

What makes this apartment unique

There are many different activities besides walking the great coast path from our local beach to Ayia Napa through the nature reserve of Cape Greko. [We do it in bits and bus back]. The air is so clean after London and there is enough countryside left in the area. The neighbours are good.

Lovely apartment

We stayed in this apartment 2 years ago and found it to be a good experience as it is a lovely apartment with lots of local amenities near by and that is why we have returned. We found the apartment to be very clean (and left it as we found it) which isn't always the case. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants on Kennedy Avenue where the quality of food is very good and there is a relaxed atmosphere. We have welcomed the updates the owners have made which include free Wi fi and also a freezer since we last stayed. Love the big balcony and the peace! Will return :)

Fantastic apartment for family and couples.

We have just returned from a fantastic three week holiday staying in this apartment. It was perfect. The owner was extremely helpful right from the start and even arranged a taxi for an unbelievable price from Larnaca airport. The apartment is clean, with plenty of room. The balcony is amazing - great for breakfast and evening meals, plus it gets the sun all day if you can stand the heat! There is plenty of wardrobe space and towels are provided. The apartment is in a quiet, residential area with use of the swimming pool in the next block. There is a convenience store at the end of the road. The beach is within walking distance, but a car is necessary to get around. The parking space is a little tight! Kapparis with it's bars and restaurants is a two minute drive away. The best apartment we have stayed in over the last five years in Cyprus.

Lovely holiday

We had a lovely 2 week holiday at this apartment. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and well equipped with the majority of self catering items that we needed and also tea towels provided. The spacious balcony was a bonus too. It was in a good location only 10-15min walk to bars and restaurants which are very good for food/drink/and value. We would love to stay here again when we next visit Cyprus if the apartment is available.

Perfect accommodation and location-thanks

The property was perfect for our holiday and provided everything required to make it comfortable and relaxing. It was just as described and shown on the Photo gallery.

The location of the property was again just as described, which gave us a relaxing peaceful holiday. It’s a great place to get away from it all. The immediate area is very quiet surrounded by only accommodation. 100 meters down the road there is a small convenience store. There was the added bonus of the swimming pool on the complex. This was very clean and there was nobody in the pool at the time we went (late evening) – but I have to admit that we only used it once as the surrounding beaches are just perfect.

There are a few touristy (but very low key and quiet) Tavernas just down the road (approx 10 mins walk) or in the opposite direction Paralimni and Deryneia which has a quaint local existence mixed with the mobile tourists. This area is still in touch of real Cyprus.

I recommend hiring a car in order to get the most of the area. There is a private car parking space under the apartment.

Every day we toured around stopping at different beaches. Each beach had its own character and beauty. Take your snorkel and mask- the water is so clean and clear and there are so many fish to see!

I hired a car which the allowed entry to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (you need to really read the small print if you are interested in going over the border- not many car hires allow this, also need to take note that additional Car hire insurance is required - bought on the border) but it is well worth it. The border is approximately 20 minutes drive away, which allowed a few easy days out to take in some history and culture.

The Cape Greko National Park is worth a visit, sea caves, beaches, churches etc… (approx 20 mins drive)

Communication with the owner is really easy and fast. Berni cannot go out of her way enough to make your holiday experience pleasant and stress free. Thank you very much for helping to make a fantastic holiday!!!
