Notes on accommodation: The property is used from time to time by the owners and as such, they will book their own stay around the renters. Outside: Patio area, with large upper, secluded terrace. Garden furniture and sun loungers. 8 x 4 metre pool, with a maximum depth of 2 metres. The pool is regularly maintained during the summer months to ensure that it is kept clean and germ free. Utility Room: Washing machine and ironing board and iron Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. The next door neighbour looks after the towels and linen and they can be changed on demand. There is a surcharge of €50 for cleaning the property and laundry . Other: The Underbuild consists of 1 double bedroom, toilet and shower. with Utility Room. There is a play area with table tennis, pool table and foos ball table.

The owners are a couple from Ireland and have had the house from new. They enjoy the mix of peacefulness and the buzz from the bars and restaurants, that the area has in abundance. They like to come with their friends and family, as for them, it offers the ideal place for young and old alike

There are several beaches within 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. There is also a nearby beach that caters for naturists.

The nearby salt lakes are ideal for ornithologists


Alicante Airport is 25 minutes to the North.

Murcia airport is approximately 45 minutes to the South


Alicante is 30 minutes drive away and offers a wonderful selection of shops and fashion outlets. Elche is also a major town about 25 minutes inland with a large selection stores. Torrevieja is 25 minutes south and has water parks, bowling and cinema.

Local shops , bars and restaurants and Banks are within easy reach either on foot or by car. The area also boasts a large Iceland store catering for the tastes of British palate

Booking Notes:
To book please contact by telephone or email to check on availability.
Due to the misuse of the property by some renters, Renters must make a 400GBP Deposit to cover excessive use of the Air Con, any damage to the owners property or fitments and may be used to offset the cost of cleaning and excessive amounts of laundry. This will be paid in GBP one week prior to arrival. Once the Property has been examined, any refund will be sent direct to the Renters Bank Account. Renters must make a 500 GBP Deposit when confirming a booking. This will be paid to my UK account. The remainder will be paid a minimum of 15 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation prior to paying the final amount due will result in loss of the 500GBP Deposit

Changeover Day:
Change over days are flexible but would prefers weekends.

Notes on prices:
The owners have a Ford Focus Estate which may be rented on a weekly rate of £120 per week. Drivers must be over 25 years of age and hold a full European Licence.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
